Kolaches (or kolbasneks if you wanna be prissy about it) here vary. When they're good they are astounding and when they're not good, it's mildly disappointing. Like I would avoid the ones with eggs because despite what the sign says, it's always almost exclusively eggs. Just about every other one is top tier. Even the standard jalapeno and cheese is one of the best I've had outside of Czech Stop, and much more local.

One word- perfection. As much as it pains me to say this, these Kolaches here best the cartoon Beaver. I love that place but these Kolaches are just what they're supposed to be. The sausage was full of cheese and jalapeño, the dough was slightly sweet (slightly) but still had a good savory front. I wish that I had come earlier in the day for a fresher one, but I'll be back. Here is the photo evidence. It didn't make the trip home.

This is my daughter's and my new Friday morning breakfast spot for our devotional time together. We came in one morning back in the summer and I was impressed by their selection of kolache. They have some really interesting and yummy ones!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4 stars) I stopped in to try iHeart Kolache and was greeted by a cozy, clean little spot—perfect for a relaxed morning bite. I ordered the sausage gravy kolache and a lemon kolache, while my wife had a cheese one.
Unfortunately, the sausage gravy kolache was way too salty—I ended up tossing it. That said, the fruit and cheese kolaches absolutely saved the visit. The lemon was tangy and bright, and the cherry was perfectly sweet with a buttery dough that melts in your mouth.
The atmosphere is great for grabbing coffee and a sweet treat to start your day. I’d definitely return for the fruit kolaches—they’re worth the stop!
