Not sure if it was an off day, but the sausage was actually a hotdog that was super salty and barely edible. The bacon bits and cheese tasted like something you'd get frozen from the grocery store. The bread itself was good and fresh though.

If you're ever looking for selections of kolaches, here's your spot! The owner is the sweetest lady and she works every day to make these. I'm still working my way through the options, but my favorites are the Philadelphia cheese steak and the BBQ so far. But I've enjoyed all the ones I've had! I asked her about getting a big order for the office as this is on my way to work and she said she just needs 3 day notice. I can't wait to share! Everyone should show some support to this little shop.

We stopped by IHeart Kolache for lunch yesterday. I'd been wanting to find a good Kolache for a while, and I am glad to say I have. I wish they were closer to my house, but at least I know where to go when I am in the Colony. We were late in the day, so inventory was a little low. To be expected, so just let that be a reminder to go early. My Jalapeño sausage Kolache-- spot on.Egg and cheese -- another thumbs up from my wife.Our raspberry kolaches -- as good as I've had in the area.My granddaughter's apple Kolache -- I didn't taste it, but it looked really good. Service was fast and friendly, and the place was really clean. My only knock was that the hot coffee and tea were REALLY HOT. My two year old granddaughter always gets a sip of grandma's tea, and yesterday was no exception. Unfortunately grandma had not sampled it yet. Lotsa tears. We both tossed a bit of ice in our cups. Just be forewarned. Would I go again? ABSOLUTELY! This time a little earlier in the day to see the full menu available. If you can't get to Kolache Heaven (otherwise known as West, Texas) IHeart Kolache is the place to be!
