This review is specifically for lack of staff training at this location. I hope this review will save other customers some frustration and also help management improve their service. I placed a to-go order “over the phone” and the staff didn’t seem to have any idea how the old style phone orders work anymore. They have order pickup shelves where pickup orders are left for customers to pick them up. But that would only work for pre-paid orders (like DoorDash or grubhub). It would not work for orders placed over the phone which are unpaid yet. I arrive at the restaurant and ask for picking up my order and the front desk person blindly points me to the order pickup shelves and tells me it’ll be there when it’s ready. I mentioned to them that I haven’t paid for my order yet and they didn’t seem to have a clue how to process that. They said let me call a specialist to talk to you. If we need a specialist to check the status of an order then something is seriously wrong. After waiting for several more minutes ( 50 minutes since I placed the order) I called their phone line and asked where is my order. They said oh it’s ready let me bring it out. It’s been sitting in the kitchen all the time I was waiting outside. Fellow customers if you place a phone order just call the number once you reach there and tell them you’re here to pick up. It’ll save you a lot of time. Dear management, please train your staff on basics. DoorDash and Uber Eats have only been around for a decade . There are many customers who still place orders over phone. Finally their menu says 6 triangles for original French toast and all I got in my order was a single slice of thick bread. I’ll just assume that was a one time error but front desk definitely needs training

Came in for an early meal. Service was great Miriam was great and took great care of our table. She was very good and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. This location was also very clean which was nice.

Oh my gosh, we had so much fun here this morning. The pancakes were better than I expected. The strawberries were super juicy too which I didn’t expect would’ve been more fun, but there was one lady behind me who was super loud lol
Server was great but so much food was messed up. My mother ordered chicken quesedillas and didn't get them until everyone was done eating except my sister who waited almost as long. We were a table of 14 at 10pm so our expectations were not super high, but they didn't even take the quesedillas off of the ticket... or my sister's omlette. Very disappointed with the kitchen.

Miriam at iHOP help me and gave me guidance on the catering choices for our staff breakfast. She was so kind and attentive. Even with an early morning pick up she was very detailed and had great communication. The food was fresh and portions were perfect for our staff of 85! Everyone enjoyed their meals ! Thank you

We came in with a large group (just over 30). Miriam served us, and did an exceptional job. The majority of our party was children, so it could have been very hectic, but everything went well! Miriam was all smiles the whole time. Most would be overwhelmed... she handled it with complete ease.

Server was great but so much food was messed up. My mother ordered chicken quesedillas and didn't get them until everyone was done eating except my sister who waited almost as long.
