Do not go. Waiter never came out... no one was in the restaurant I thought we would have good service. But it was horrible. Waited over 30 mins for just the drinks, and then he didn't even take your order yet... so dont go here!!!!

Placed an order online went in the place to pick up the order no one greeted me the lady told me to that nothing came through I had to wait. She never asked my name. I wait an additional 30 minutes no one says anything. Finally a guy come up and ask my name leave then come back and let me know that the lady gave my order to someone else and there is no manager in the place but they can try to remake the order. The place smells like mold and mildew and feels stuffy

I love breakfast from here. Scrambled cheesy eggs and regular pancakes are my go-to order. If I had to offer up a suggestion of change, it would be to scramble the cheese along with the eggs instead of melting the cheese in at the very last.
The quality of the food wasn't great. My bacon looked like rubber bacon and it tasted funny. My husband and I got sick the next day.

We came in today for Father's Day of course expecting it to be busy and it was. But the service was excellent and our server Carlie was the best, she really went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience.

As a longtime resident of the colony, this IHOP was my safe Harbor in the middle of the night after getting off shift work at Dave & Buster’s would stop at this IHOP. I have some pancakes with some friends and then go home for the night. Janet is the very best server if you ever get to either IHOP and Janet is on shift ask for Janet she is the best

I've been to many ihops across different states and this location by far is the cleanest and freshest, as in both food and air quality. I told my daughters about it and came back later so they could experience it for themselves. Mission accomplished! We will gladly bypass our local ihop just to visit this location. Staff was also very pleasant!
