It was crowded at 2 on a Saturday, but waiting 30 minutes for my order seemed long. Then the meat on the hamburger was very thin and small - about 1/2" smaller than the bun. Good taste, just not enough.

Today, this in-n-out missed the mark not once but twice. First, my order was not correct, for i called the store to get my missed burger. I was told to talk to Blake, the manager. He said he would get it made. I watched it be finished and put it to the side as the young lady who made it waited on Blake to tell her it was mine. This is all while Blake washed his hands and did a little dance in the back by the sink as my burger sat and waited on him. Finally, he motioned it was mine. And I got my burger. I love In-n-out, but yall got it wrong today

In in Out is normally one of my favorite fast food places. My experience tonight was very disappointing. They burned my burger TWICE (the buns were literally black, rock hard and tasted awful) and the third time they remade it they did it wrong, as it was missing onions. I saw there were other customers who were also complaining that their burgers were burnt and asked for it to be remade. I spent almost an hour here and left very unsatisfied.
