Restaurant was very nice. Ambiance was great as well as location. Waited forever to get service even with a reservation. When you get chips and salsa you get approximately 2 tablespoons of salsa with 10-15 chips, for a whole table. We had to keep asking for more due to the slow service. The Guacamole was not good. Very little flavor. I asked what Mexican style beers they had and the waitress said they had Estrella and then she proceeded to give me Stella Artois with a lime and salt. Definitely not a Mexican Beer and definitely not good with salt and a lime. On top of all that my wife and I both got sick after eating the Quesabirria. We would not recommend this place.

Been there a few times and brought 7 friends for their must have Rita’s. Sadly enough the were less than par, they did bring more tequila but just wasn’t good for $14. Their food was less so so, maybe they were having a bad night.. also didn’t recall 3% service charge..in past. Sadly enough I don’t think my friends would come back.

Tried out Jako for the 1st time and the food was amazing, ambiance was great and Sam was such a delight. He had great recommendations and checked in on us often and was super friendly.

Had an amazing time at Jako!! Sam was our server, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service! The atmosphere is gorgeous, food was so flavorful and authentic. Will definitely be back again!

Stumbled upon Jako while visiting Grandscape, and found one of my new favorite spots!! Sam took amazing care of us, made amazing recommendations, and our experience was unforgettable! Definitely stop by for dinner whenever you’re in the area!!

Opens at 4pm but we had to wait until 4:15pm because of a team meeting at the bar area. Manager looked at us waiting at the open door and didn’t stop her meeting to acknowledge us. We even asked “are you open” and we were ignored. Rude! We will never go back to try this restaurant.

José was our waiter for the evening and the service was just outstanding. He recommended a few dishes that turned out to be exceptional. Honestly the food and atmosphere complimented each other so well.
