Jugo Acai & Juice Bar

I order a basic smoothie banana - strawberry with apple juice for my daughter.
Honestly I think it’s so expensive $10 for a smoothie who doesn’t taste to nothing.
This was my first and last time to buying here.

This place lost $100+ in a sale. The service and atmosphere was horrible when walking in we had no greeting, the worker told us she was taking a ten minute break from making smoothies, she also didn't turn around and spoke to us with her back facing us .

I loveee this place!! This is my go-to dessert place Marissa and Carlin were so sweet and helpful. They even made me a little chocolate strawberry turkey to go on my parfait. Highly recommend🔥❤️

They add “pea” protein and the smoothie becomes horrible. I couldn’t drink it! Also, the “service” is done by bored attendants who keeps th atmosphere of the place terrible.

The smoothie and granola bowl were tasty, though somewhat pricey given the size. The young lady prepping the food and manning the cashier was not warm or friendly - she seemed down and impatient. So I can't recommend the service, unfortunately.

I had the peanut butter açaí bowl. The açaí puree was very good. I appreciated the smooth texture of it mixed with the fruit and granola. The peanut butter was drizzled on top which I feel should have been mixed into the puree. Otherwise it was a great flavor combination.

This review is strictly about the service. My husband and I stopped in on Wednesday for the first time and the service was AWFUL! I tried to ignore the fact we were never greeted or even asked if we needed any help since it was indeed our first time visiting. We viewed the menu and did have a few questions but before I could get a question out the young lady proceeded to tell me I needed to order at the other end. I explained to her that we weren’t quite ready to order but did have a couple questions about the menu. She seemed very bothered to have to be working and/or inconvenienced by us asking a question. I was so turned off by the service I couldn’t bring myself to purchase anything despite desperately needing to do a cleanse since I was having surgery the next day! Due to the horrible customer service we will not be back.

They were severely understaffed on am insanely busy day. They were still smiling and put up with attitude front customers like champs. Who only schedules two people when theres 30+ people there?? Management needs to do better for these girls because this is horrible on them.

I came in this evening to pick up their Detox Tea 1 gallon jug for me and my coworkers. LeiRee at the counter was nice, helpful, and she had a sense of humor. I am excited to try this on Monday as I have been looking for a detox tea and I am glad Jugo carried their own 5 day supply of detox tea.

The juices i purchased just yesterday (1/19/2025) had ab expiration date of 12/29. I didn't realize till I grabbed one this morning to drink my first juice that it was expired. ALMOST A MONTH!!!!
