Cannot recommend. On two occasions I have ordered food from here and it has been terrible. Itâs really sad to see because it is the closest KFC to me. The staff should really aim to do better

Nice taff, but unfortunately, I had to wait for biscuits, which was no big deal, but when I got home with the order, we did not get what we ordered.. we were supposed to have extra crispy thighs and legs only.. Instead, we got the regular recipe and bucket with breasts, wings thighs, and legs.. But at least the chicken was still good, just not what we ordered...

If I could give this location a 0 rate I would, tonight my husband and I came to this location, we went inside, and I told my husband to order some food for us while I used the restroom. I came out of the restroom and my husband just stood at the front counter nobody even tried to help him. So, My husband and I tried to wait and wait if anybody wanted to ask us what we would like to order but no one came to the register and help us. Oh, by the way, these KFC employees are just right there looking at us walking around trying to be busy but the thing is no customers inside but us, and no customers at the drive-thru either. There were 5 employees inside but no one could even tell us âWill be right thereâ We felt like we were invisible to them so we left because we waited for a little longer just standing there. This location has very bad customer service. Bad employees who don't want to help customers. The Manager in this location needs some training so he/she can help the employees on how to have good customer service skills.

My pot pie is burnt Looking and my Dr Pepper was water downed, he didnât give me a receipt and Iâve been calling to complain and Iâm not getting an answer at all. I need to someone at this location to fix these issues. Iâm so disappointed and disgusted

Iâm giving 1 star for the ability to post. Horrible experience here this evening. I ordered a CHICKEN pot pie and there was absolutely no chicken inside of the pie. However, there was paper of some sort inside the filling. Tried calling back several times to make them aware⊠NO ANSWER!!! I will not be going back. Ever.

This kfc is horrible nobody can speak english well they messes up my entire order then i watched them put fries back in with the other fries all the chicken back in the warmer. Absolutely Disgusting. I will never be back

visited a restaurant this past Sunday, 9/29/24, employee at register was abrupt and curt with customer ahead of me in line. A worker then walked up to the counter and announced no white meat chicken for sale. Both above descriptions have happened on multiple visits throughout recent months on a Sunday evening and an evening during the week. I may not try again.
Today I decided I didn't want to cook. I ordered the pot pie. I ate a little bit and choked on a large chicken bone. I tried reaching customer service via the website and could not get anything but AI.
This is inexcusable. How careless a bone this large wasn't discovered.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This is the worst KFC that I have ever been to!!! They do not honor the prices that they have listed. I ordered (1) chicken breast it cost me just under $4. I feel like he just made up something. The chicken was horrendous. Hard and cooked with old grease! They are rude. I don't think they are following the company's rules of operation nor the food prep. The breast had been sitting out under a lamp maybe and not fresh at all. Never again. This place is probably 5 mins away. I will be driving to Lewisville (Hebron) and Carrollton (Josey) from now on. Such a bummer and waste of money.
the Restaurant in Mahwah NJ is a poor representation of the KFC brand. at 11:30 am the bathrooms were filthy and there was no toilet tissue. The server Antoinette shorted our order, but more importantly, she was rude. it's not our first encounter with her - she clearly hates her job! employees like her bring an entire business down. I'd give this specific KFC 1 star rating - đ©

je suis dĂ©goĂ»ter complĂštement je vais Ă kfc ville2 et je suis extrĂȘmement déçu j ai commander Ă 12h40 et j ai Ă©tĂ© servi Ă 13h25 donc on est plus dans un fast food du tout et en prime ma commande n Ă©tait mĂȘme pas servis chaude et se n est pas se que j ai commander car il fallait remplacer tout dans les menus car il n y en avais plus et rien n Ă©tait afficher pour le dire ainsi que toute mes boisson modifier car plus de boisson pĂ©tillante alors la je suis plus que déçu d avoir en plus de sa payer une commande plus de 50⏠pour ne pas avoir se que j ai commander et manger froid en prime
