@Kfc you had the most terrible service crews and managers ever! your staff don't know how to to assist PWD's comfortably.

I thought I would give kfc in palatka another try after many many years. Since they upgraded and brought in new staff. I made a large purchase and didn’t receive over half of it. I tried calling before making the trip and no one would answer the phone. By the time I get there and the matter resolved. The food was cold , the chicken was soggy and biscuits were hard. I was not offered fresh food to make up for their error. I won’t be back. That was a poor and expensive family meal. There were 2 other customers with similar complaints waiting when I arrived.

Chicken dry biscuit hard ordered coleslaw it was not in the bag. Will not be back again. We have numerous other places close to us Canes, chick fil. Lees all are much better.

This location is impressively clean and incredibly efficient. They offer a self-service kiosk, which is a great option, but the speed of the regular service is so fast you might not even need it. The restaurant is rarely busy, making it a reliable choice for a quick and easy meal.

Those hot wings are not the regular hot wings. You can tell they're frozen, and is trash! You should make customers aware of the hot wings not being the original hot wings. I get home to some BS that pissed my entire family off. I never leave reviews, good or bad, but this right here was just wrong! They had to get those from Walmart frozen food section. Pissed me off I wasted $40.

I had the worst experience with the staff today. I placed an online order for pick up and when I got to the restaurant, they took an hour to give me my food! The female cashier started arguing with one of the cooks and was being super disrespectful and cussing at him for not wanting to take her cashier spot. I asked her to check for my pick up order since I had a notification that it was ready and she disregarded me and kept cussing loudly and arguing with the one of the cooks. She then grabbed her personal belongings and left. I waiting for another staff member to help me and also mentioned my food wasn’t ready and continued to serve other people. I was standing in line for over 20 minutes to see that my food was ready but was never placed in a to go box. The staff member kept telling me that it wasn’t ready so I had to show him my order confirmation. It wasn’t until he saw it that he went to the back to put my food together.
I wanna say Ms. Rena Williams and Mr. Phillip are class act! When you think fast food you think careless employees. But they were nice, funny, hospitable and I will be sure to return. They make a difference in this field of work.Thank you both!

Have stopped several times at KFC US 42 Florence Ky using the drive thru service. Ordered a 2 piece white dinner, I discovered I got dark meat, and one side order of green beans and no mashed potatoes. Third time this has happened so there will be one less vehicle inline. By the way, they will not answer the phone. Finished for me.
