Does this make sense? I asked KFC for two pot pies and paid for them to eat in the restaurant. After a few minutes they told me it would be 25 minutes and asked if I wanted a famous bowl instead. I said okay. After receiving our food I went up and asked if I could order the pot pies to take out. They had to ask the manager ? Before I got ready to leave I asked them if I could get the pot pies. They said they had three so I paid for two. When I received my pot pies I was told she would do it this time but she would not do again because I was given the famous bowls . I said I paid for both and she said I gave you the famous bowls so I guess she was limiting me on how much I could buy. ? I told her that didn't make sense and left. Needless to say not to return .

Store says it closes at 11. Their lobby was closed at 9:14 while they claim their lobby closed at 10. Their mobile app won’t take orders at 9:32pm. KFC is a mess, but that’s all of Yum Brand. Chicken was just ok, I think I got the last of what they cooked up

saco Maine location gave me food poisoning, on a separate occasion sold me a disgusting inedible chicken sandwich. when I requested one be cooked to order they took it back and slapped another disgusting old piece of chicken on and tried to fool me. after that I said I wanted a refund which they obliged even though there sign says no refunds 100% satisfaction guarantee. all they had to do to guaruntee my satisfaction was cook a new piece and refused. so they failed their 100% guarantee and violated their refund policy on top of serving disgusting food and making me sick as well as having to process a refund...

food is undercooked, wait times are ridiculous. price outrageous for what you get. this will be the last time I every go to a kfc. me and the wife got chicken strip meals and mine was not cooked all the way. hers seems OK but mine 🤮. sorry kfc you used to be a fav now I'll just got to bdubs

Just absolute trash in every category. I went here once and they missed items and felt I will give them a second chance and they missed items again. Fire every one of these airhead workers or let the robots do it.
This is a bad place to pick up any order. DoorDash/ubereats or any delivery services. Took more than 15-20 minutes AFTER the promised time to be picked up.
