Service is not good, just 1 person attending, super slow and bad attitude. I ordered a 16 oz latte and got served a 12 oz capuchino. They should know the difference. The door everytime its closed it slams, it gets tiring after a while.

Have always enjoyed Liberation Coffee, we appreciate how they provide good coffee and great conversations. When we visit the Colony we always visit here.

First time here and it was an enjoyable experience. I got a peppermint bark latte and it was good. My wife really likes their hot chocolate. I will be back... However I was a bit annoyed by the fact that I stood there looking at their price board only to find out it was outdated and no longer correct. I understand raising prices and changing products, BUT change the menu to have the correct prices.

I like this coffee and the location, but the staff is pretty rude . They definitely do not care to act in any way like your presence is welcome . The main girl who runs the register (short curly hair) is not kind and talks like you’re an idiot.
I was very annoyed today that their water pitcher was broken, so she was going to charge me $1.25 for a cup of ice water to go, or get a tiny one with no lid (and no way to refill). The bathroom was also out of order .
Some training on customer service, and providing a simple cup of water when you’re paying $6 for a latte, would go a long way .

Drinks made wrong. Breakfast wrong. Had to ask for what I ordered 3 different times. Their attitudes are not kind! Not my fault you’re not fitting on all cylinders this morning! I guess tipping over $6 (20%) was a waste! Lesson learned! Tks baristas!!! Maybe have a shot of espresso before you open the store!!

Get the matcha latte! It’s good and can really taste the Japanese matcha. Their coffees are ok. Better than burnt Starbucks for sure. Food(quiche, muffins, brownies) decent. Atmosphere inside’s ok. Not really the warmest & coziest cafe. I prefer the outside tables more.

I give it six months. Generic, boring coffee spot trying to cash in on Grandscape visitors. When I visited T 5:30pm on a Sunday, there was no one else there. Every table/chair was dirty and the two staff were sitting behind the counter on their phones.

Coffee was just okay. I got the coconut cream latte and it tasted like the Coffee Mate Coconut creamer in just a fairly strong cup of coffee. The coffee shop is set up nicely but honestly, the vibes/atmosphere are terrible. Someone needs to train these employees on customer service. Upon entering, there was no music playing. No “welcome in.” When it was time to order, I said hello and the gentleman at the counter looked at me like “uh are you going to order already?!” No “hello” or “how is your day going?” He was annoyed before I even opened my mouth. The girl making the drinks was VERY obviously annoyed as I saw her roll her eyes several times. When calling out drinks, they were just thrown on the counter with zero notice or if they were called out, no enthusiasm. She argued with a customer over their order. One of the weirdest and most disappointing coffee shop experiences I have had.

Horrible chai latte with just syrup , and so slow service that have to wait for 35 min + for just a chai latte and cafe latte when it was not even busy and the roof was leaking

Went in for a coffee but ended up ordering the Blueberry Acai Energy Blend instead. Highly recommend!

There are a lot of treats - cookies, muffins, croissants, bagels, cinnamon rolls. Self-serve ice water station. Indoor and outdoor seating. Weather permitting it's a great place to sit outside. Some outdoor seating is covered/shaded. There are plenty of tables with umbrellas.

It's located at the Grandscape entertainment district so it's not the most convenient due to the parking situation. I wouldn't go to this location if I didn't either 1) have time to sit leisurely outdoors or 2) other plans at Grandscape (putt putt, go-karts, surf rider, etc.) The fountains outside are really neat when operating but were drained on this visit.

Their coffee is excellent, I got the short cortado and the espresso tasted delicious. It also smelled so good as they were baking in the back.
