Staff was superb Pizza was ok The garlic sauce was not! Jim’s pizza is alright but the garlic sauce is the magic crack! I got cups of some imitation crap AND paid extra for it. Super disappointed.

Just rcvd an order via Uber eats. The bottom of my lasagna is ice cold and the pasta is hard. I can only assume lasagna is made ahead and "freshened" up once ordered. The chicken nuggets tasted strongly of pickles and also weren't fresh. I won't be ordering from here again.

Exceptional gluten free pizza that comes in medium where most other places only do small.The crust and dough, especially with the garlic Parmesan finish, is what really sets Mr. Jim's apart from the competition.I've not had any issues the several times that I've ordered from The Colony location. They execute perfectly and work hard to get the food out in reasonable time. Keep up the great work y'all.

Yep, the new ownership has tanked this place. They apparently can't even read the ingredient lists of their own pizzas, I've ordered a Mr Jimaterian (veggie pizza) and they've forgotten the tomatoes FOUR times. Why is it always the tomatoes? Every. Freaking. Time. (It's my fault for continuing to give them a chance, but when the pizzas were good they were great so I kept hoping it was a on time deal). Then there's the raw dough in the middle of the cinnamon sticks. And the pool of sauce slapped in the middle of the pizza that turns it into a sloppy inedible mess. Y'all really need to get it together or you won't be around much longer, we're catching on to the total lack of quality and concern for your customers.

Definitely someone that cares more about their bottom line than their customers.Their original crust is a mess. Super thin and floppy. The kind where it flops and all your toppings slide off the second you pick up a slice. Toppings are fewer. Asked for flavored crust, didn't get any. Twice.Last time owners changed, I quit ordering for 5 years. For the prices charged, even with discounts, this pizza should be top notch every time. Shameful to run it into the dirt again.I'm out. See you in 5 years.
