We are regulars at OMG, coming almost twice a week. Food is always great. Service is very hit or miss, majority of the time it’s great customer service. Junior and Ignacio especially are always great, time after time again, Brandon W (black gentleman with dreads) is almost always rude. Always gives issues when asking for extra sauce. When asking for extra sauce at the window tonight he gave a snarky remark and only provided one sauce and when coming back to ask for extra after receiving our order he made it a huge deal and laughed in the face of the customer. Overall, Brandon’s mannerisms and customer service is bad. This needs to be addressed because every time we come and see him being the one to take our order or serve us food, the expectation is always the same that he will be rude. He is not a good representation for the good quality food and service that OMG has to offer so his performance definitely needs to be evaluated because it is a constant problem whenever we arrive. We will continue to come and dine looking forward to Junior and or Ignacio’s service that we delightfully enjoy, but Brandon’s behavior needs to be taken care of.

I am absolutely appalled by the food and service at this establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves! The food was thrown together with no care whatsoever, as if they were serving animals instead of paying customers. Our plates looked completely unappetizing—literally disgusting. Words don’t do justice to how poorly our food was presented. I even tried calling the establishment and someone picked up than hung up. This was an absolute waste of money, and I will never be returning. Do better!!

I have eaten here a few times but todays food was terrible. My husband was smart enough to get a burger next door but when he got his burger and came and sat with us we were chased away from sitting there. Guy was trying to say because of his drink. Ha! They sell margaritas there. Next time we’ll all go and get burgers!

We all love the tacos here! The kids enjoy the ones with hot cheetos on them. Place has plenty outdoor seating areas and dogs are welcome. Customer service isn't the best but the tacos are worth it.
It’s disappointing having to write a negative review because this is my favorite taco spot. The food is often hit or miss, tonight being yet another letdown. Now why would y’all serve tacos that aren’t fresh? On top of that, not all of them were filled properly—observe the photo. I paid $3/taco for… this? The queso was old and congealed too, not fresh.
The Richardson location is completely out of my way, but I’d rather make the long drive than get these sad excuses again. They’re much more consistent with their quality.

I find it astounding that a simple cup of guacamole could be forgotten. Having spent over a decade in the food service industry, I understand the challenges, but this level of oversight is unacceptable. When I called to speak with a manager, I was met with incompetence and blatant rudeness. This experience exemplifies terrible customer service, and I intend to file a complaint on every platform available.
