Just orders out Christmas Eve pizza tradition and it was awful! Cold, tasteless and pathetic! Never again! PJ pizza is disappointing and i can’t believe it’s gone down hill so fast! #shaq this pizza was absolutely awful! Never again and lost a customer for life!

Got pizza to go. $15 for enough food to last a couple days. Placed the order over the app, paid in cash, and the man actually brought the pizza out to my truck while I was waiting. In a world where no one does anything they aren't directly compensated for, that little extra bit of service makes all the difference. It's the little things. Thanks for that.

I like how they intentionally gave us two plain medium pizza's one in a large box and one in a medium box. Not the right style of pizza, one was supposed to be the epic stuffed crust and the other NY style. Instead rip me off almost $60 for two plain pizzas. Never ordering from here again.

Garbage. 3 times I ordered a stuffed crust, with toppings and sauce, and all I got was Flatbread with cheese, utterly garbage. Always on the weekends, please fire them all and hire better staff. They need better staff and better quality control, even the label ok the box said stuffed crust and toppings, they knew, it wasn't an accident. Didn't even get a full refund. Go somewhere else, like a frozen pizza from kroger.

My wife is undergoing post partum recovery, craving pizza, we ordered 2 large ones, waited 45min only to recieve the worst possible disheveled pies! Pics attached. We got the refund but not happy.
The worst papa John’s I took a break from ordering from them because the last time my order was over an hour late from the expected delivery and I tried them again and it was the same thing delivery keeps getting pushed back and the food is no longer fresh. I didn’t order at busy time either.

I ordered a pizza waited over an hour never recieved it because apparently the outsourced door dash drivers couldn’t find it. Had to call to find out. No one ever has issues finding the address. I use to be a pizza delivery driver, it’s really not hard.

hour and a half wait to not receive an order or be contacted about the delay is absolutely crazy. Never even made it off of the "being made" stage of the tracker. Dead ass just sat there for an hour and a half. Ended up canceling and ordering somewhere else.
