Recently, I decided to order pizza from Papa John’s, hoping for a delicious meal. However, my experience left much to be desired. Despite spending over $60 on four pizzas, the service and quality fell short.Upon arriving to pick up my order, I requested some Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper. To my surprise, I was told that the employees were not allowed to give out Parmesan cheese and that I would have to pay for it. While I didn’t mind paying, the employee simply walked away without offering to provide it, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed.To make matters worse, when I got home and opened the boxes, I found that the pizzas were cold and dry, with a noticeable lack of mozzarella cheese. This lack of attention to detail and quality was disheartening, especially considering the higher prices Papa John’s charges compared to other franchises like Domino’s or Pizza Hut.Overall, my experience with Papa John’s was subpar, and I would not recommend ordering from them again. For better service and quality, I suggest exploring other pizza franchises.

I recently enjoyed a meal and I must say the food was excellent. It was made to order, showcasing freshness and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. I'll definitely be returning!

Last time I order here. When someone from Papa John's actually delivers it gets here on time and no issues but these last few times I order they use door dash which takes forever they deliver to the wrong apartment and it comes all messed up and cold if I wanted to order from door dash I would have used them now I'll go order from somewhere else terrible service

I placed an order online, when finished it told me delivery would be in 30 minutes. I live 1/2 mile away from the store. I was watching the tracking of the order online. It took them 40 minutes to prepare the order, before it showed it was out for delivery. After 20 another minutes I called (The Colony Store), spoke with Shawn, (GM), he said he only had one driver, traffic was bad in The Colony and there was nothing he would do to make it better! I received my order one hour fifteen minutes after I placed it. It was not hot after being in delivery car for 40 minutes. The District Mgr. contacted me Thurs. 4/6/23 and resolved the issue.

So they take order on UberEats even if the store is closed and the app will even show you that they are preparing the order unless you show up there and it’s closed.They can simply update the tech. Ridiculous!

I ordered over the phone for 2 pizzas was told they should be ready in 10-20 mins. I showed up 23 mins after ordering went inside to hear two employees yelling at each other and arguing in front of me and another customer. When they finally stopped yelling at each other I had let the lady know I was here to pick up my order gave her my name she said they haven’t started it yet I told her to go ahead and cancel it she threw a whole attitude about it. I told her I don’t have the time to wait another 10-20 mins. She threw her hands up and was like well we are busy so I don’t know what you want. So I just left very disappointed

We stopped in to place a take out order recently. Although the pizzas from here have been great, watching their cleanliness procedure was a huge turn off. There was ONE pizza maker wearing gloves and only ONE pizza maker using hand gell often. The cashier had NO gloves on and was touching the register, her face, hair, nose, AND the pizzas as she put them in boxes. She never cleaned her hands, but touched the pizza slicer and condiments she put in the boxes too. UGH! She was also unfriendly and pushy. We won't be going back.?
