Disappointed. We’ll never order from them again. Take out banh-mis blew: from bread, to pickled vegetables, to fillings. This was the most blah tasting bread sandwich (I honestly can’t even call it banh mi) I have ever tasted. I was actually considering turning back and leaving both sandwiches on their front desk, just letting them know it’s bad and they should really up their game in Dallas. Who ever gave them 4-5 stars are whether friends, family, or ppl who do not know what good food tastes like. The menu is small, so it’s mind blowing, how the main dishes would be made and served so poorly. 💡 It would be nice if the sandwich was cut in half bc it’s flimsy, very long and bread doesn’t hold the shape or the ingredients.

I’ve been going to this location for about two years now, and within those two years I’ve been met with amazing service and food. The waiters are kind and quick to action! The beef pho here is the best pho I’ve had in the DFW area and their spring rolls and peanut sauce is amazing. However, upon my recent visit I was saddened to see a family complain about a coupon that didn’t even apply to Pho Mac but a different pho place! This family was seen berating the employees and creating a disruption over their misunderstanding. The man kept on repeating he was going to write a “bad review,” and saying how disappointing the service was. This threat led me to write this review in support of this restaurant.
I’ve shown many of my friends and even my family this place and they’ve all loved it. I have never been disappointed by the service or the food and I would recommend this place to anyone who wants amazing Vietnamese food.

Both the pho and bun bo hue were great!! The bun bo hue isn’t spicy, and I have very low spice tolerance haha, so it was perfect for me. But if you’re looking for a spicy bun bo hue, you’ll have to add sriracha

I absolutely love it here. I moved to dallas last year and I've been here maybe like 20 times since, anytime I want pho, this is my absolute go-to and I've tried many different places. the food is consistently so good! the pho? incredible. spring rolls? incredible.. like a warm hug for the soul and the customer service is so welcoming, such a nice cozy experience in general

My coconut water taste like straight up water no coconut flavor at all and y’all charge 6.00? And these egg rolls in my vermicelli taste nasty. I’m so disappointed to have paid this much for poor quality. Lesson learn

Clean place, delicious food. I ordered fresh spring rolls and pho, hot tea. I liked the shrimp spring rolls the best from what I ordered. It was enough food to take leftovers home, so portions are big. The place is small clean and cozy.
