Immediately greeted at our table with our server saying they were about to close and rushing us. When we came in 45 minutes before closing time, then proceeded to tells us we couldnāt get anything basically other than pho.Cause they āran outā. We decided to stay cause we had very hungry kiddos. Server didnāt check on us once after we got our food, food was decent service was horrible. Then when the check was brought to us he said he charged us 20% tip cause we had a party of six. Mind you we had a 1 year old and 5 year old who shared what we had to eat. I definitely believe he charged us the 20% because he knew he wasnāt going to get much for being rude and rushing us. Go to another pho place. Youāll get better pho and way better service. Trust me.

Food was okay, tables were dirty when we got here. Service was Really bad. Plenty of other pho places that have better pho and especially better service. The server never came to our table to check on us for refills or if we needed anything. I would've left 2-5$ but since we had 6 people one of them being a baby of 1 year, we got charged 20 percent. We also only order 4 bowls of pho.

To the owners of this establishment, please address your kitchen staff to treat your servers with respect and never assume it's the customers fault there's a long strand of hair in the food. As soon as the plate of food was placed on the table my husband noticed a long hair in it. He pulled it out in front of the server. The server apologized and took the plate back to the kitchen. A few minutes later, the server was instructed to come back with the same plate and told us that the kitchen staff has colored hair and it didn't belong to any of them. This kind of attitude is not ok. If you haven't already, please view your cameras and address your staff to handle this type of situation with a piece of humble pie. My husband has been to your establishment half a dozen times and have spoken highly of your restaurant. We weren't looking for a free plate, just great food and great service.

Disappointed. Weāll never order from them again. Take out banh-mis blew: from bread, to pickled vegetables, to fillings. This was the most blah tasting bread sandwich (I honestly canāt even call it banh mi) I have ever tasted. I was actually considering turning back and leaving both sandwiches on their front desk, just letting them know itās bad and they should really up their game in Dallas. Who ever gave them 4-5 stars are whether friends, family, or ppl who do not know what good food tastes like. The menu is small, so itās mind blowing, how the main dishes would be made and served so poorly. š” It would be nice if the sandwich was cut in half bc itās flimsy, very long and bread doesnāt hold the shape or the ingredients.
