Not sure how a restaurant can screw up burgers, beef/cheddar croissant, fries, and onion rings, but Portillos did. First and last visit. I rarely, if ever, leave bad reviews. This place is all kinds of bad.

Loud! Order at kiosk or at counter. Italian Beef. Pretty good if you can dip that bad boy into that itty bitty cup of au jus. Seriously Arby’s French dip is pretty good at half the price and you get a decent size cup of au jus to dip that sandwich into.

French fries are never fresh, generally O Re order those.

Service there is none, you can’t hear anything so watch for your number to pop into the screen, generally it’s lagging behind

We’ve been a few times. Now we will stick w double meat Arby’s French dip and skip the noise.

151 was a nice stop afterwards for a frappe.

First of all, Nathan is the bomb.com! Second, the food here is always fresh and hot and reminds me of the Midwest. It’s such a good feel to have a piece of home even in Texas.

I love a combo with mozzarella and jardinera baptized. Double cheese burgers with everything are great. Oh Chicago style hot dogs! The chocolate cake is amazing. You can't go wrong at Portillo's.

Went up there around 11pm to get some polish dogs and when I got there they told me they don’t do them on their late night menu. There is no sign stating that their menu is restricted to a few items at that time. You can still go online and order the polish dog but you won’t get it. If you are only going to have a few select items on your late night menu you should inform your customers and figure out how to get that changed online. Very disappointed in such a good establishment.

It’s a hot dog place. The hot dogs are fine, prices are a little high considering it’s a hot dog place. Been through the drive thru 3 times now and the shortest wait was 10 minutes. Longest was around 15 (not peak hours). Just not worth the wait in my opinion.

Very welcoming and friendly service.
Staff are prompt to correct any issues with food or equipment!

As a heads up: EVERYTHING is a la carte

First time I have had Portillo’s, hot dog was about the same quality as a QT hot dog just more expensive. Fries were cold and bland. Way overhyped imo.

Love their Italian sandwich

I love the Italian sausage and had the onion rings for the first time- pretty good! I am not a fan of their french fries, so am glad to have an option. They now have a drink refill station so you do not have to bother an employee.

True Chicago Beef & Dogs! Burgers taste fresh off the bbq grill!

I went here with my wife and son. We got a burger combo, sausage combo, and kids meal. The order took 15 minutes to complete. My burger was ice cold and my wife's sausage was hot...maybe cook these at the same time. Once I tried to eat my burger I noticed the bottom bun was soaked through with grease. The two patties were pink and under cooked. I got a refund for that combo. The kids chick strips were not fresh and tasted like strips from the grocery store frozen and cooked. They were hard and too stiff for a toddler..my wife's sausage was ok but all in all I don't see why anyone would come here.

I was at a Chicago location last night and the burger was so good I came home to Dallas to have another one at the Colony location. They must use different distributors for the burger patties because this one tasted horrible like a dressed up school cafeteria patty. I’m kind of bummed. The chili cheese dog was great though 😕.
