When I tell you this lady was not only short from the get go but downright rude to my party— not thrilled. How can this lady be the face of the company and expect people to have a great start to their visit? She was cold, insolent, and less than pleasant! Do better!!!

I’ve enjoyed Puttery in the past, but my birthday visit today was disappointing. By the end of the night, my friend and I had black, smelly hands due to poor cleanliness. I understand their policy of checking IDs at the counter, but when my friend had to retrieve his from the car, the front desk still asked me to pay for our tickets. It was frustrating to comply with their policy, only to be inconvenienced further when it was clear my friend was over 21.
