This is a gem
I was super excited to try out this speakeasy. One because it was a cigar lounge, and two because it was a really cool concept. However, I think the staff dropped the ball on this one.
Our drinks were left empty, it took forever to flag down our waitress because she was no where to be seen. We were there a total of about 2 hours and having our waitress check on us once is awful service. By the way the place was not busy.
The place states there’s a dress code, yet I saw people in crop tops, sneakers, light colored jeans, etc. It really throws the vibe off.
Very expensive drinks and food items.. I get it, you go for the experience, we knew it was going to be on the pricier side, but for a whisky to be served with small ice cubes, or for it to be watered down? That’s insane.
Music selection was a crazy choice. 80s disco? When we were suppose to have a prohibition experience.. just weird.
Tried getting in with my code, and it took longer than expected. No one answered the phone, and it was awkward standing in there not knowing what’s going on while there’s a line behind us. The experience was ruined when the side door was being opened to let some people in or to tell us it’s going to be a moment.
Overall, a cool place, but the service made the experience lower end. Will not be coming back.

I have traveled to most of the red phone booths in the US and the vibe was off on this one. The bartenders were not engaging and my drink was left empty twice and I had to go above and beyond to get a refill at the bar. The location was amazing but the service and vibe was off.

MUCH RESPECT! The general manager escorted out some overly aggressive men who wouldn’t respect my wife asking them to leave her alone.
I’ve been here myself, great drinks awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend the integrity of the staff.

Do not support this establishment in The Colony (Grandscape area). Last night, my friend and I were subjected to blatant discrimination and harassment by the front door host (pictured). Even though we had the entry code and met all requirements, he went out of his way to make us feel unwelcome, harassed us inside, and even tried to intimidate us by pretending to call the police. Horrible customer service and completely unacceptable behavior.

I had a wonderful evening at Red Phone Booth Dallas. The cigar lounge experience was impressive, the craft cocktails were top notch and the atmosphere is incredible. The staff is knowledgable and professional. Nate and the entire bar staff along with Eric, Jamie, & Ron took excellent care of us! A+

I had the pleasure of meeting Nina on only her third day, and she was absolutely wonderful! Kyle did an excellent job training her and taking care of our table. The ambiance at Red Phone Booth was unmatched; classy, inviting, and such a great experience from start to finish. We have begun to celebrate my husband, Chuck 50th birthday! What a great to start! Highly recommend!

Red Phone Booth Dallas gave me a wonderful night with a great Dallas cigar lounge experience and craft cocktails. Top 3 things I loved: 1) Friendly and attentive staff 2) Comfortable upscale speakeasy atmosphere 3) Delicious and well‑balanced cocktails. The private event space was perfect for a small gathering and the vibe felt like the best cocktail bar in Dallas. I will definitely return for another unforgettable speakeasy night.

From the moment I arrived at Red Phone Booth Dallas the experience was smooth and enjoyable. The staff greeted me warmly, and the cocktail menu offered a great selection of well‑crafted drinks that lived up to the best cocktail bar reputation. The ambiance was relaxed yet lively, perfect for a night out in North Dallas. Alex was amazing, prompt, and knowledgeable. The bar was clean, and checking out was quick and easy. I left feeling satisfied and will definitely return.
