A wonderful place to enjoy a fine Puro with a glass of Rum or Cognac 🥃 Luxury & Rustic decor. Excellent staff! Definitely gives me that #Cheers vibe where "Everybody knows your name".

Just wow. What an experience. From start to finish Ron badilla was amazing greets you at the door and gives you a full hands talk about the location and what is available. I was thinking about the membership and because of Ron I will be purchasing it. This is now my favorite spot in all of the dfw area.

WOW! As soon as you walk in you’re given an intimate rundown of the speakeasy’s inspiration and what they offer. Also, the humidor as an expert that will get you the best cigar for your palette that night. The atmosphere, service and carefully crafted drinks were out of this world. Cannot wait to go back!

I was very disappointed. Did not get to pick seating. Was told only opening seating was at bar. If you're looking to be social, bring your own friends. Cigars are overpriced. For seasoned cigar smokers, humidor is average at best.

Red Phone Booth in the Granscape development in the Colony is a fantastic private speakeasy/cigar lounge in the most classic sense of American venues. There is an impeccable bar and cocktail menu, and the humidor is stocked with an excellent selection of fine cigars. There is a billiard table and TV screens in the game room. The service is top-drawer all the way, from AGM Tim, cigar man Eric in the humidor, to Isaac manning the door. GM Ron Badilla is a consummate gentleman. You will be delighted.

We went there for the 2nd time. We were very disappointed because of the way the waitress (her name, Saphron) treated us. She was rude and unfriendly, with a very bad attitude. It bothered us a lot, especially the way she touched the rim of the glasses. She definitely needs training...anyway, we love the guards in front. They're very professional and nice.

Great place to meet and socialize with like minded people while trying some good cigars.
They have a good collection for all taste pallets.
Parking: There is free common parking both covered and uncovered a few steps away from the place.
The Red Phone Booth does provide Valet parking that can be redeemed your code on the membership app.

I generally don't post many reviews, but I definitely felt the need to review Red Phone Booth. This is probably the best cigar lounge/speakeasy in the DFW area, which is why I frequently visit the establishment. Here are some of the top key characteristics:
Ventilation System: The ventilation system is super high quality. You will not go home with a cigar scent all over your clothes. The ventilation system almost instantly sucks the cigar smoke right out of the air.
Cigar selection: The cigar selection is pretty diverse, so you can find almost all of the popular brands of cigars here. The cigars are also fresh because they are stored at the best temperature. If you're not too familiar cigars, Eric and Issac are the cigar experts to ask for guidance. They will recommend what to get and literally teach you how to smoke a cigar. Depending on what level membership you have, you can also get a cigar locker to keep your cigars in, which will keep them fresh.
Drinks: The alcoholic beverage menu is pretty large and diverse, so there definitely is something for everyone, even if you choose a nonalcoholic beverage. The bartenders will shape the big ice cubes by hand right in front of you and then smoke your drink, which is always a great presentation.
Staff: One of my favorite things about Red Phone Booth is the staff. Starting with leadership--The General Manager Ron is really great and professional and will greet guest to make sure everyone's enjoying their experience. All of the other staff are outstanding as well. I've had the best experiences with Tim, PJ, Serena, Eric, Issac and Josh. Service is extremely quick and the quality is always the best and consistent. The other staff are good as well and will provide great service to you/your group.
Ambiance: The environment is really nice and laidback. Whether you want to have a cigar alone at the bar or have a social night with friends on the couches, the environment is very accommodating to whatever your vibe is. The dress code is enforced, so come classy.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place and would rate it 10/10.
