My family and I have come here many times and kept coming back because the food is fantastic. However, I don’t think we will be back after the service we received from our waiter last night. We sat at our table for 46 minutes before any drinks were brought, including water. Food started coming out without any beverages. The older man who was our waiter was very rude and rushed us through ordering. Once we finally received our drinks they were never refilled. We sat there with empty cups through most of our meal. While I understand service can be slow sometimes especially if it’s an understaffed night, the thing that ruined it for us was when a lady at our table tried to flag the bus boy down to get our waiter, we saw the bus boy go to our waiter tell him ourtable needed him and our waiter replied with a head shake and a shooshing motion telling him to be quiet and he walked in the other direction. Not coming back to our table until it was time to pay. Probably one of the rudest experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. The worst part is I believe he is also the manager or owner. Absolutely terrible customer service. On a side note, our hibachi chef was absolutely amazing and did a wonderful job of salvaging our night!

We went for my grandsons birthday and he loved it. The hibachi chef made him feel special and pulled out all the tricks! The food was great, nothing was overcooked, and their onion soup was delicious!

I've only had sushi there and it's one of my favorites!! Their sushi is really good and you can't beat the every day happy hour prices (even weekends!)! Would 100% recommend!

We used to eat here 2-4 times a month for sushi dinner. Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. It wasn’t ever really amazing by any means, but it used to be good enough, and close to our home. Not anymore. The hibachi crowd has dragged this place down, the drinks are never what we order or are mixed terribly, the wait staff changes consistently and provides poor service, and the sushi is no longer worth the price. Last trip, the server INSISTED repeatedly that I try the special roll of the day. It was called a crunchy dragon or something like that. When it arrived, it was literally filled with just panko bread crumbs when it said it would have shrimp, avocado and “crunch” inside. I took one bite and I couldn’t eat it. The sauce on it was strange tasting as well, and the presentation was not good. My mouth was filled with pure bread crumbs. I told the server I didn’t like it and that it was supposed to have shrimp and avocado in it. He asked me if I wanted a to-go box for it. The roll was still on my bill even though I sent it back. That was the final straw. I paid for my tab, and tipped 25% like I always do, and left. I’m sorry Sake, but you’ve lost a very good customer here by simply being greedy and not caring about your loyal sushi customers. We won’t be back again.

Spouse had a bad day at work, so we decided to order some sushi to go. It's also Valentines Day, so I'm keeping that crowd level in mind while I write. There was no ETA on the email I got after I ordered, so I just headed on over. It took half an hour at least for the food to be ready, counting the drive over. It's crowded, so that makes sense. But an ETA on the confirmation email would be an amazing addition. Would have stayed home much longer had I known what the wait time was.Staff up front was clearly overwhelmed. They were doing the best they could, but one guy was doing the work of three. Very understaffed for the holiday. I could see other people waiting were becoming frustrated with the service. It's also worth noting that they have no way to tell you when your order is ready, nor do they bring it to you. You have to watch and wait yourself. They do not call your name, nor is the bag accessible. You have to wait in line at the host stand like you're going to be seated to get your food. They have your phone number, but they do not text you. Texting the number would be a simple solution. Finally get home, and one of the rolls is wrong. I know I ordered a Las Vegas. That's what the receipt said. Not sure what I got, but it wasn't that. It was okay, but not what I ordered at all and not worth the Las Vegas Roll price. Presentation was lovely, though. All of the rolls were properly separated. Considering the wait and the wrong order, overall, it was overpriced.Don't go here on a busy night. They may be more composed at a calmer time. I won't ever know because this was the first and last time we're ordering from here.

I went to this store more than 3 times in last 1 month. Was served from different chef all the time, so far the one with blue hat was the best. Great place to go. Believe or not, their Tuna is great.

"best lunch I've ever had" said my 9-year old. The tuna and salmon sashimi was of great quality and good price for happy hour. The hibachi was entertaining and flavorful. Good service. We will be back.

I honestly don't have anything bad to say about this place. The food is spot on, and it keeps you from walking away like you're still in need of more. Pricing is better than your big name, hibachi restaurants.
