Food was great, but the service was even better. The manager Lauren was beyond helpful when I couldn’t decide what to order. She was patient and guided me to something I may like as this was my first time in. She even talked me into a Cinnabon, that turned out to be spectacular! Thank you Lauren as I also work in the food industry and know how hard it can be. Most people complain. I wanted to make sure someone knows how how much you care about your job because that is rare, especially when there was a line full of people behind me!!! Patience is virtue, and she truly showed that.

I not one to leave reviews at all .. but this Schlotzsky never disappoints .. i love the turkey original .. and they make these sandwiches so big and loaded down .. with all the goodies ; meat included .. I can’t finish the whole sandwich always save for dinner .. definitely try them out.. also they have a reward system .. if you scan your receipt you can get free sandwiches .. win win !!!!

The drivers tried to give me an order that was not mine. I tried to verbalize that it was not mine which was very difficult because they did not speak English and I did not speak Spanish. They drove off. I called The Colony Location, the location I ordered from, and I told the associate of the issues/concerns. I stated that I had to refuse an order that the drivers tried to give to me since it was not mine and that the drivers left but that I had no idea if they were going to return with the right order because we did not speak the same language. The associate then told me that my order was still at the restaurant and that if I had a problem with the driver to contact the delivery service to change drivers. The issue with me contacting the delivery service is that I ordered directly from the Schlotzsky's website so I have no clue who they deliver with. I then told the associate that if I did not receive my order in 30 minutes then I would be calling back. 30 minutes later Schlotzsky's called me asking what the delivery person looked like and I had to okay my own order. I finally received my order and it had gone cold and the lettuce extremely soggy. I placed my order at 12:25pm, my order was supposed to be here by 1:15pm and I did not get it until 2:15pm. Unfortunately I will not get the tip that I pre did online for the driver. Needless to say that I will never order delivery from Schlotzky's again.

Schlotzsky’s was used to be favorite place, but not anymore after lunch today at the colony,Tx location. The lady at the front desk very rushing and food was burnt. When we asked about the food why was it burnt, she replied that it is the same bread and very irresponsive.

Always love the food at Schlotzsky's. I dined in for dinner. The inside was empty except for me so if you are looking for a place to grab dinner in a quiet dinning room this is a good location. Lots of people in the drive-thru. The staff greeted me right away. And made my sandwich fast. I've never had any issues at this location. I always get the original, but I also like their pizzas.

By far the BEST LOCATION in Carrollton / Plano/ The Colony. I have had perfectly made yummy sandwiches the way they should be! They get the orders right every time!
The location on Hebron Parkway is a disaster! This is a proper Schlotzsky’s location.
