Ordered a small original (which i have had in the past at other locations) and they gave me a sandwich loaded with a lot of shredded iceberg lettuce. Included were about 2 thin slices of meat, 2 small tomato slices and not much else.While the sandwich tasted ok. I felt ripped off upon seeing that all of the ingredients a small original is supposed to contain just wasn't in the sandwich.The only reason i didn't speak up is because i was in a rush. Later on I read from past reviews that this location likes to argue with customers when they get the order wrong, so i am glad i didn't waste my time. It was my first time at this Schlotzsky's and I will not be returning.

When I die and goto heaven if there is any thing less than this sandwich it will not have been worth it. Man i love you guys!!!! Totally recommend this to even my worst enemy. Heaven on earth. No lie……

The customer service was good. The prices were ok. The turkey and bacon club was pretty tasty. The California pizza- chicken and avocado was delicious. I recommend the location for specialty sandwiches, pizzas, and flatbread.

Small original with extra lettuce, tomatos, onion, and cheese. Excellent!Service was great, greeted & friendly.My only complaint is the odor of the old pipes upon entering. Gradually, one becomes acclimated to it, but not appetizing to walk into a sewage odor. However, I know this is common for this area.

Got my order wrong and over charged me. Food was good.
Cashier extremely rude. When we asked about the menu she did bother to respond but heard me just fine when we ordered. Good was good!

Every now and then I love a good sandwich I don't have to make myself. When that happens, Schlotzky's is a really good option. For me I think it's all about the bread. It's unique and unlike anything else out there. This particular store is very clean and tidy, and the manager is hands on. That's a good thing. At the end of the day, the only problem is that the sandwich can get a bit on the messy side. That's okay. I think of it as culinary history on my shirt. I always get the medium original. Why mess with what I know I like?
