The cold brew with cream was mildly coffee-flavored water with some cream. They won't serve any of their standard coffee over ice (originally asked for an iced cappuccino) and the nitro could brew listed on their drive through menu was unavailable. Absolute waste of time.

Love this place! And these guys are always courteous and timely. Get the Caramelicious, large with an extra shot- I order it hot, but blended is best!
The morning crew is fabulous, the afternoon/evening crew does not follow the recipe to make hot chocolate. It's completely wrong and different and not even hot. Barely warm. I'll only go in the early mornings from now on.

Bad place to go if you want your coffee to taste like coffee. I had to bring back my brewed coffee because it tasted like water. Got a latte as a replacement and it was no better. I've had coffee from gas stations in the middle of nowhere that was better.
