First time coming here and it was pretty quiet. I ordered the chicken combo and a grilled spam masubi to go and it was really good. Took only a couple minutes to get and I loved the macaroni salad a lot and the chicken. Was great would eat here again

I'm from mid-southern California, with it being so close imagine having authentic Hawaiin cuisine. When I came across this restaurant as I was Dashing I said I'll be back. And I have done just that! Welby and staff are true to their cooking and service! I had their Curry Chicken Katsu while my daughter had the Fire Chicken! So now I must tell you, stop sitting and twiddling around go out and get you a meal from Shaka Hawaiin BBQ! You will not be disappointed!!!

Went through the drive thru for the first time. Got the short ribs. We had a few requests for packaging the ribs and sides separately and they complied. Person at the windows was very courteous and the food was fast and hot.

Best place to eat hands down ??????

Neither my husband nor I liked the food at all. The pork and beef smelled overwhelmingly like fat, not appetizing at all. It was as if the meat had been drenched in oil, literally drowning in it. The ribs were tough. The portions are large, but don’t expect more than just fast food. We didn’t even eat half of it, except for the rice. Also, who puts hot meat on fresh salad? I didn’t expect much, but the food was honestly just bad. Unfortunately, we won’t be coming back

Freaking delicious every time I order and eat. I I've never went inside and always do drive thru. This place needs more support. Though I like the short drive thru time and fast service. Prices are a little steep but probably because of inflation but the serving of food is a lot imo.

So... I am a Dasher and yesterday I picked up am order to deliver. When I walked it the establishment was clean and lively. I was greated warmly and directed to where I needed to go. Their food smelled so good! I told the manager I would be back for myself! And guess what? I went to get the BBQ and Katsu Chicken lunch plate. And OMGGGG it was amazing! And plentiful as well.... So if you are looking for a warmly Aloha! With great tasting Hawaiian food to go with it, visit Shaka Hawaiian BBQ located in The Colony. You will not be disappointed!

Best Hawaiian BBQ in Texas.

Staff are friendly and their food is wonderful. I come back every few weeks, scratches that foodie itch. The bbq chicken is especially wonderful and seems to be cooked fresh every time.
