Jen was absolutely wonderful and deserves 5 Stars alone. She was helpful, attentive, skilled, and friendly. She is the only reason that we will return. The food was atrocious. I really hope that they work on upgrading the quality of what they offer to eat. This will go a long way towards increasing the amount of people who come out and lengthening their stay, thus ordering more drinks. The atmosphere here is a bit lacking. The macro of people show up, order a drink, leave. That dynamic can't be good for the profitability of this place.

Needed to use restroom before leaving and was told no by the security and told it was non of his problem. On top of the obnoxious whistling and yelling at everyone. This place used to be fun. But Not anymore. Inconsiderate and rude people. Not going back.

Only thing worse than the service are the people that go here. Typical suburb bar in bratty town…..also don’t tip!! It’s included in the price like all the other places in Dallas with bad service.

I enjoyed my experience coming to Shakertins’s for the first time a few weeks ago. This place has a good atmosphere; plus its a cute spot! The staff was great and Akiff was amazing!
