Visited Sheesh Eatery & Lounge for a New Year’s party and had an awesome experience. Great food, smooth hookah, fun vibe, and very friendly service. Everything came together perfectly for a great night.

The Qawwali night at Sheesh Eatery & Lounge was amazing. The seating spots were thoughtfully arranged so everyone could enjoy the performance comfortably. Huge appreciation for the servers, they were constantly moving, checking on tables, and handling the crowd with such patience and professionalism. The food was excellent, and the hookah quality really stood out. Great vibes all around.

I had an amazing experience here yesterday during an event. The servers took great care of us and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Spent New Year’s Eve at Sheesh Eatery & Lounge, and it was an unforgettable experience. The place was packed with energy, the atmosphere was lively, and the celebration was so much fun. Their food is absolutely delicious, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable, and the hookah quality is excellent. Zero customer service.. staff yelling at customer while we were just unknown about the reservations. this is how they run the business? learn some hospitality….

Everything was perfect till that girl (staff) named akhila came and yelled at us while we were having foods..we were unknown that it’s all reserved today.. no staff came across us and told us before.. they took the order and brought us the food and then they told there’s the reservation system. If that girl have told us sweetly i.e. to pay first for reservation we wouldn’t leave that early over there. We barely spent 30 minutes over there… disgusting customer service. She yelled at us infroof everyone like we won’t pay for it…will never go back there…

The biggest downside here is the service, which really hurts the overall experience. Staff are slow, often miss simple requests, and don’t bring items out in a timely manner. Because of that, the higher hookah prices feel hard to justify. The food was also pretty mediocre.

On the positive side, the vibe is solid. The music and music videos playing on the TVs create a nice atmosphere and are easily the best part of the lounge.

Ultimately, the lack of attentive service is what ruins this place for me. The staff just doesn’t seem to care, and the level of customer service falls well below what you’d normally expect at a restaurant or bar in the U.S.
