We have given it multiple tries. But the food has failed us all the times . Worst is the suhoor food experience. Everything was Cold !! The skillet was so cold , the server brought that with bare hands !!! Nihari was served without any condiments that comes with it. Halwa poori looked like it was microwaved ... All the food was disappointing and the worst thing to add to that it that exorbintant price tag !!! This was more expensive that the most expensive Iftar buffet in Dallas !!!! Never going back again

I’m from out of town visiting been to the same spot a few times during the week that i was in town. The closest place to me that had hookah. So today i come in and there’s not a whole lot of people inside so i ask at the door if they were open they tell me yes to come in and have a seat any where i would like. so i come in and order my hookah. I request new coals for my hookah the server comes over with the coals directs me to the restroom i return to my table and continue smoking. Out of no where a server comes to my table with a handheld terminal at 6:54pm and tells me i have to cash out because the have a private event at 7pm. I cash out and ask why didn’t they inform me when i came in because i would not have ordered the hookah wasting my money. I pay my bill and order my uber because i didn’t drive. The server then comes back 3 min later and says she had to take my hookah and i would need to leave because people had started to arrive for the event. I informed her i was waiting for my uber she told me she was sorry but i would have to leave! So i was left to stand outside in the cold for almost 15 min waiting for my uber to arrive! Horrible customer service this was unbelievable needless to say i wont be back.

Served us cold buffet( manager assured us that the food is still warm so it should be good) over that 3 different people came to tell us buffet is closing get whatever you want now n over that they charged us 18 bucks extra for 3 people) for going for Buffet after paying 29.99 plus tax per person! When asked about it they said it's on there Instagram. Will know better where to spend my money next time. Felt very bad to go during Ramadan time and get treated this bad. The server Akhila needs to learn some manners too also when asked for manager she kept coming in the middle of conversation.

Literally my worst experience here. Made reservations more than a week in advance and when I got here it wasn't even acknowledged. And then barely got servers to come to our group. Mentioned multiple times its my husband's birthday and nothing. Biggest disappointment for this day. NOT COMING BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! WORST SERVICE!!!!!

Great selection of Sheesha flavors and drinks, excellent service and great ambiance.
Food options are debatable, for me it was strictly OK. I wouldn’t choose this place for food though.
Other than that it’s a great place to lounge.

Tried starbuzz hookah here, their premium one suggested by the waitress there. Waitress says you can change the flavor multiple times for no extra cost, since it’s premium and priced higher compared to regular pots, but when asked , she was not so happy to change the flavor. I dint feel it’s worth it for the extra price. Can go with regular one.

Coming to food, we had ordered paneer tikka and chicken seekh kabab. Both of them were tasteless and very bland.

They also have a 2 hour limit on hookah and only 2 people can share hookah, extra money for extra person.

Ambience was okay, little cramped.
