I went to grab a box of a dozen donuts and an iced coffee. The iced coffee was fine, although I ordered a large and was not given one, nor could I confirm if I was charged for a large as I was not given a receipt. I could see two employees behind the counter, one who I believe was taking drive through orders and greeted me, and the second who eventually took my order. The one who took my order came off as very impatient with me which I did not appreciate. When I got home and opened the box of donuts with my family they had been in disarray as they hadn’t been packed properly in the box. Additionally, even though it was just shy of 11 when I went, selection was extremely limited and could not tell full selection as things weren’t labeled or were mixed with other items, and the donuts were dry as if they had been sitting out for over a day. I do not recommend this location, nor will I return to it which is a shame because I have enjoyed the donuts I’ve gotten at other locations.

I would give no stars if I could. They have me a completely different order, all cake blueberry covid which I don't eat. Then when I called the man answered like I I understand. This location is horrible and stars not like the other locations. Give customers what they order not just what ever when they get a delivery.

Night and day! I can't believe the difference between my experience yesterday at Dunkin vs today's at Shipley... Always second to none here at this location. Staff is personable, and seems happy to be there. I have been converted. If your looking for kolaches and donuts this is the spot!

Ordered from too good to go and arrived to pick it up during the window of 10am-12:30. Even though I showed him the pickup he refused to allow the pickup. I was told they won't give the donuts until 12:30pm which was outside of the pickup window. I will not purchase Shipley Do-Nuts directly or through to good to go ever again.

they closed before designated time, we had a pick up order through a third party app and even though something could have been at fault or didn’t go through, the doors were locked to where i couldn’t even try to fix it or anything. wouldn’t recommend as they may be closed earlier without warning
