they closed before designated time, we had a pick up order through a third party app and even though something could have been at fault or didn’t go through, the doors were locked to where i couldn’t even try to fix it or anything. wouldn’t recommend as they may be closed earlier without warning

I came today 10/8 and order donut holes and pigs in the blanket. They were so hard and stale. Also the Hispanic lady seemed very irritated in the drive thru. I called up here to maybe let the manager know I wasn't satisfied but no answer. I'll dispute the charge with my bank. I don't have money to waste on stale food.

Paid $5 for 4 donuts which was not fresh and they were really thick and heavy I tired calling them after I got home and they had not set up their mail box so none would answer the phone next time I will go next door to Dunkin’ never again !!

This location is disgusting they serve old donuts in the morning and they will insult your intelligence claiming the donuts were made fresh.
I was highly disappointed. I ordered 2 dozen glazed donuts. They were very cold as if they’d been refrigerated. I love Shipleys, but was disappointed with my cold donuts. This is the 2nd time that I’ve gotten donuts that were not fresh and hot; which is what I expect from Shipley’s.

I have tried this place a few times at different time in the morning to test. The donuts are never fresh. They are stale and flavorless no matter what time of day you visit this location. It’s disappointing for a product with a high margin to be sold as fresh. Kroger or Walmart has better donuts than this location. Save your time money, and stomach and go to another location or donut shop.
