The staff is usually welcoming and accommodating. Today at 4:10 the crew manager was nice but, was talking about staff to the one who had no customer service, skipped our order and gave the person after us their order, this staff specially today was horrible

Placed a mobile order and waited over 30 minutes for the order to be made. Store was busy and we were told store policy is to serve all guest inside before making mobile orders. We will never come back here again.

Other than the smoothie it still being fine i ordered online 30 mins ahead and still didn't get started till after I arrived being ignored by staff trying to figure out where my smoothie is definitely don't come to this location if u have expectation of time.

When we walked in you could tell the atmosphere was already stressed. The young lady at the register seemed new, didn't know what she was doing and there was another young lady working her butt off to get the orders out. They had no help and the line of people was too much for them. The girl at the register took my order of three smoothies that I paid for and couldn't complete my cash transaction appropriately without the help of the other lady that was trying to get the online and in store orders out. Overall, my husband and daughter got their smoothies but I did not. We waited about 25 min for all that to be shorted. They need help in their processes and training. Poor girls. I didn't even wanna ask for a refund because I don't believe they would have known how to do that nor had the time. So Smoothie King, you got me on that one.

The service here is so terrible! my friend and I came after work to get an açaí bowl (it was 9:20pm) smoothie king closes at 10pm. Both of yall employees knew we wanted açaí bowls but we were still looking at which one to get. I asked to try a sample of the coconut base and y'all's employee (Rylie) said "do yall know what time it is?" me and my friend just stared at her because we didn't know why she said that. she continued to say "we stop serving açaí bowls at 9:45 and I said "it's 9:20" she proceeded to get the coconut base sample to then later saying "we don't have no more açaí bowl base for any of yall that wanted that" . Someone else came in and she treated them with the upmost welcoming respect. She even told them to "take their time" looking for what they want to order but with me and my friend it's "do yall know what time it is" insinuating they're about to close. The disrespect she gave me and my friend is unacceptable and she literally made us feel so uncomfortable.

So, two individuals were working there today when I got my smoothies. The male employee was complaining about making a wrong order and then he dug in the trash for a crumpled up receipt (I'm assuming an order?) And he slapped that receipt on the side of the blender. He never washed his hands. Touched the register. It's just really ick. My friend had a piece of plastic at the end of her drink, and she's pregnant.
People really should care more about working hard and doing things right instead of coming to work thinking it's an extension of your home.

Place was severely understaffed and the ones that were there were visibly pissed off and projected it to the customers. One teammate even said she was left alone to take orders and make drinks. One teammate came from the back and argued that he/she was busy in the back. “Doing stuff” while yet another came out and said “I’m off the clock” and left. This is my first time at this location but I’m a daily SK customer. Will be tough to come back with this level of service and the 20 minutes it took to get my order.

This review is for management - don’t make someone work by themselves especially during busy hours. Walked in and there was only one worker (who had a horrible attitude, which I don’t blame her but still) and service ended up not being great. Definitely feel bad for the worker but this is def on management.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a smoothie king. I waited over 50 minutes for one 32 oz smoothie, while my dog and groceries are in the car. At the time of the order I was the only one in the restaurant but no blenders containers were clean so employee then had to wash one. Instead of taking care of my smoothie she kept taking other orders and had a pile of 15+ orders counting mobile orders as well. My smoothie sat on the counter half the ingredients in there for 25 minutes then got the rest and sat for another 15. Finally it was put on the blender where it was mixed and then sat for another 15 minutes. After I had to interrupt the employee and ask her to pour my smoothie while taking another, she finally did. During all this the employee was calling manger and complaining about being only one working and not mentally prepared for this. While also crying to guest explaining the horrors of working at the location. Horrible experience and I would recommend not going here if the things the employee said about the managment is true.

Service has really gone down here.
Two people should be making smoothies. Employees should be friendlier. One drink tasted fine the other one got "remade" which was actually just the barista adding to the smoothie and reblending.
Also orders in store should he prioritized so multiple people aren't standing around waiting.

Could so much better if the owners weren’t being cheap skates and keeping one person doing everything. That inherently lowers the quality of the service. My smoothie sucked because that One girl was so overwhelmed.

I walk in and the dude shakes his head already looking pissed and as I proceeded to order he acted more and more angry and then after threw my receipt behind his head and I have waited over 30 minutes for one vanilla smoothie.

6:54pm the dude working has the audacity to shake his head straight to my face as if he was telling me not to come in and purchase anything. I asked if they were closing or something. “Nah you good.” Then proceeds to shake his head to himself. Worst customer service on earth. That dude needs to find a new job if he doesn’t want to be there. Hope the management team has a serious talk with this worker because if they don’t then they’re just as useless and disrespectful as this worker is.

Came in Kim introduced herself and asked how I could be helped. She really cares about the customer and getting what I wanted. Recommend this store just cause of her.
