let me brag on the crew from this morning ...when I first came in there was only one young lady she seemed very busy with orders but she smiled and kept pushing..I think she said her name was Latori then another gentleman came straight in and got active when I say teamwork I should mention their names but I will most definitely be a regular at this location ....

I ordered the avocado toast & 20 oz smoothie combo for $9.99. I was told I had to download the app to my phone so I changed my order to just a smoothie. After looking at the poster. Nowhere does it mention you have to have to SK app. Pretty disappointing.

Latoria, and the entire morning crew were FANTASTIC!!! Their exceptional customer service, knowledge of the new menu items, friendly smiles and great vibes were what I needed to start my day! As an educator and former coach, I truly value a WOW in customer service!

The staff is usually welcoming and accommodating. Today at 4:10 the crew manager was nice but, was talking about staff to the one who had no customer service, skipped our order and gave the person after us their order, this staff specially today was horrible
