A carhop crew member working around 4PM on Jan 12th whose name starts with the initial M (redacting the rest to respect their privacy online) stated and argued with me that the chicken bites don’t come with any dipping sauce, and that any sauce would be an extra charge.
After showing the crew member the Sonic app and it displaying dipping sauce as “What’s on it” with the chicken bites, he then stated, “Sorry, but the app is wrong and that’s false advertisement.”
Not trying to get anyone in hot water. Just identifying a situation where a product refresher training could be beneficial.

They charge $0.29 for fruit added in drinks. Got a 44oz coke with cherries…. They put a singular cherry in the drink? This is the 3rd time too so I know it’s not an accident. Guess I just don’t need to order cherries anymore!

Got a 5pc. Chicken tender combo and the chicken was not fresh at all. Warm but hard and obviously sat for a long time before it was served. I was very disappointed. On the other hand, I love the strawberry limeade.

Placed an online order that said will be ready at 10:07. I checked in right around then. Multiple cars around me kept ordering after I pulled up and they received their food and drinks before me. All I order was 2 small vanilla shake and a pretzel. I ended up getting my stuff 22 minutes later.

Camila was a horrible server. She came out to the stall and said absolutely nothing and handed me my drinks that were leaking everywhere (she gave no napkins), and when I turned back, she was gone. Didn't even bring out our food, so I had to walk into the doors and request the manager who was very professional and went above and beyond to make the situation right. He apologized and remade the drinks and sent out the food AND refunded our money, which I'm glad because it was not fresh or even warm. I only gave the 3 stars because the manager, Dillon, was so great.
