I will Neva Eva Eva Eva Eva Eva Eva Eva go there again.The food is cold and the Soft Drinks are watered down, Customer Service is Bad.The Management is Horrible and has a Bad Attitude.I gave the Manager Constructive Criticism about Customer Service, he took it Personal and Refused to give back my Money.He also called the Police on me and had me Trespassed! I will be going back to Cinemark from now on!

Here to see Star Wars Episode 3, and before the movie even starts I want to give Blaine a shoutout. He was super friendly and answered all the questions we had on the menu. Keep him around, for sure!

waiter takes order runs our card then mentions to us this theather automatically charges an 18% gratuity. so he offers for the supervisor to come speak to us about it. so some young lady comes out but she has the nastiest attitude smart mouth that's not how you approach customers. we was going to get the food but after we realized how nasty her attitude was we canceled the order. who goes into a movie theater looking for signs for 18% gratuity? movie theaters are dim lit customers are not looking for signs at night in a movie theater. reguardless if it's somewhere on the menu in wich she stated (not the waiter who was actually really nice) wich we still didn't even see it. why not just tell the customer before you take the order that you do this ? why wait until after you run their payment card? that's the end of studio movie grill for us leave your nasty attitude at home especially if you suppose to be a manager!

QR code menu (have a charged phone), Service button, Recliner seats.
I personally like the non automated seats, I feel I’m able to recline without restriction. It’s personal preference. Overlooking the recline feature, the seats are plush and comfy!
Popcorn is good, Food is good, wait staff is nice, management can do better. The food is good with a wide selection to choose from and an ocean load of alcoholic beverage choices. We waited longer than I’d like for water, especially because I was made to take my own water cup out to the car after getting situated.
Wait staff has to carry bottle carriers throughout the theatre which seems like a rough job, but if they prefer that over back and forth walking, have at it!
Overall, considering I’m paying above average ticket prices AND dining inside the restaurant with 18% gratuity, I should be allowed to bring in my EMPTY water cup or be told I can’t have it before I make it to my designated theatre.
NO OUTSIDE EMPTY CUPS I’m pretty keen on bringing my own water cup/bottle wherever I go; restaurants, theaters. Whoever was managing the latest day we went, “Sinners” 7:00pm feature April 21, watched me carry my water cup from the door to my seat and proceeded to wait until we got settled to tell us no outdoor food or drink. Cool - typical for some theaters. It’s a transparent lid, you can see it’s water (could be vodka). After she said no outside food or drink I offered to pour out the beverage, but I can’t even have my cup… Every other time I have attended SMG a water bottle has accompanied me. If you don’t mind not having your personal water cup, the theatre is good! If you prefer to have your personal water cup, go somewhere else. It’s my personal pet peeve to not allow me to have my EMPTY water cup/bottle.

I haven’t been to many dine in movies, but just on food quality and how it supposed to be. Very disappointing to say the least. This is just about the food, service was good, they come when needed. I ordered the sangria swirl, I’m not sure what sangria they got that from but it was not great. Order brisket nachos, they come out cold, I asked them is that usually and he said no, and took them back and they came right back cold. I just let it be, order chicken and waffles, frozen chicken obviously, the waffles were the best part and I’m sure they were frozen too. It’s more like a low end bar food at a movie theater, just might have went to the wrong one, I don’t mind paying for high food quality for it to be a little more. At this point I could have just eat before going. Ticket prices weren’t bad, maybe that’s why cause they will get you with the food.

We went to watch novacaine a while back and the movie straight up froze and sound was muted when it started playing again.Then after a while they rewinded the movie back like 5 minutes to early. No refunds or free tickets or discounted apps or anything.
The seats were luxurious! The food was fun b but the popcorn tasted more like microwaved popcorn and I was disappointed with that

The burger was good, french fries were really good, seats were comfortable and the restrooms were clean.
We were greeted when we arrived and thanked for coming when we left.
That said, it was a week night and the place was nearly empty.
