My family and I visit this SMG location at least twice a month. (Tonight will actually be 3 weekends in a row.) The food is always good, service is great, and the lounge chairs are in every row now. The Southwest Chicken Egg Rolls are the BEST.

The foods great but holy cow can we have some sort of policy about not taking socks off? Most of the time the rooms are fine but clearly some people don’t shower nor care about their body odor in general in public areas. Refunded my tickets for a later time after the person next to us literally smelt like they don’t care they haven’t showered in days.

Stay away from the $6 summer movies!! There is a $2 online booking fee so it’s really $8. Then it says it starts at 10 am but has 23 minutes of previews, not needed for a summer movie series with a bunch of kids.

Always check your receipt when leaving here. They like to charge you the wrong amount. Especially if they have a food special. When you bring it to there attention they correct it and give you a different receipt. Then charge your card a total different amount. I used the dinner for 2 for $32.00, got and they charge me separately for all of it. Then you add desert for 5 bucks extra and on my receipt they charged me $8.50. I have to different receipt. You shouldn't offer deals that your theater cant afford. Just use cash. Also they dont clean the tables. Every time I go i have have them wipe the movie tables down. The food used to be good but its trash now. The popcorn is trash, the pizza trash? The burgers and fries trash, chicken tenders trash. Only thing good is the water and funnel cake fries and cookies.

I always look forward to seeing Amber at Studio Movie Grill! She is incredibly personable, keeps the atmosphere fun, and provides incredible service even when it’s busy.
