Very inconsistent portions of vegetables on the sandwiches. Instore orders I've experienced more reasonable portions. The call ahead order was very stingy with even lettuce. We visit often and that is disappointing.

They haven't had all of the ingredients for our sandwiches (from their own menu) the last 4 or 5 times we have gone to The Colony and Plano locations, and the most convenient locations near us don't accept coupons, either. Not sure why we keep coming back, but I for sure don't think the sandwiches are worth full price anymore. Customer service- meh. Location was clean in the interior. Exterior is busy. Our little one only likes the baked lays. 3 stars for the freaking...
