I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent experience during a visit with my husband. While the employee who initially took my order was polite and helpful, the experience changed during the second part of the ordering process.

The employee preparing my sandwich avoided eye contact and appeared disengaged, which made the interaction uncomfortable. When I requested fresh jalapeños instead of older ones, her response felt dismissive and was delivered with an attitude that did not reflect good customer service.

At checkout, my husband and I had different items on our sandwiches. Although stickers were placed on each sandwich, no explanation was given as to which sandwich belonged to whom. When I asked for clarification, the employee responded with “I don’t know,” in a rude tone.

Overall, the lack of communication and unprofessional attitude negatively impacted what should have been a straightforward experience. I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes that it can be addressed to improve future customer interactions.

Specially one white female with an attitude working was just throwing the ingredients on the bread the whole place was a mess the food was all mixed up (I got olives breadcrumbs and half a pickle with my brown lettuce) not to mention she put the wrong dressing that I didn’t ask for, all over my sandwich! when I asked her to get the right one she said they didn’t have any!! I had just seen her co worker bring some out for the customer before me. I had to get other employees to remake both my sandwich because they were not eatable, how everything was thrown together. I never leave reviews but this was so bad I thought I’d take the time to do this.

I kept telling the kid with the braids I wanted whole wheat bread and he insisted on giving me white. I threw it away since I am diabetic. He had a bad attitude. I refused to make a scene. I don't think he should be servicing if he cannot listen or speak to be heard.

It took 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches. They were messed up the first time around, waited 20 more minutes for them to serve the same incorrect sandwich again

Well to get straight to the point, I walked up and their was someone on the line, and pretty much ignored me, the employee was busy making their lunch which is ironic cause I was hungry as well. They ignored me and called for their coworker, never showed up. So I left, the empty subway 🙃

Took over 20 minutes in line to order. Woman put the paper in the trash receptacle and realized she needed it for my order and then proceeded to pull it back out before I said excuse me no please get a new one don't put that on the food. Zero clean tables. Multiple workers standing around doing nothing. Completely dry sandwiches - would give zero stars if possible.

Unsure of the negative reviews but I have a positive experience here. The order was accurate and the workers were friendly. Plenty of seating available and it hit the spot after doing some.shopping at NFM.

Subways are bad, but this one was worse. Service was awkward and weird, and the sandwiches were poorly made with stale bread. If you can survive to find food else where, you should.

Very unmotivated workers. Granted, they looked about high school age. I’m not sure why, but they moved extremely slowly, showed no intention of helping each other out, and didn’t seem to care about anything beyond the one item at a time that was directly in front of them. The impression was that the workers were depressed and/or depressed to be there. Very concerning. Until things change, don’t go here unless you are willing to wait a very long time for food.

TERRIBLE!! only went to get a soda as the person I was with was not feeling well, 10 mins later, finally got served as service very slow and he was only serving 1 person 1 sub. When finally got served went to fill cup with soda, only soda water came out of machine on syrup. Went to inform the staff member, he told me to go to other machine went there same thing. Went back to staff member all he said was should be working not helpful at all. After returning to get some food same problem, not busy the guys there just chatting between themselves while customers waiting. They still didn't do anything with the machines with a few more people tipping out ice looking for the right drink and just pure soda came out. What an unpleasant experience, owner please do something. Terrible!!
