The service at this place is terrible. A girl with glasses is extremely rude. My experience was horrible. The girl treated me very badly, she was very rude.

This subway needs immediate attention from someone higher up in charge. I have had two different unexpected experiences at this location.

The first experience made me squint my eyes a little but I followed what I thought was protocol for the business. But after today’s horrible, unprofessional behavior from the man working behind the counter towards my husband on 5/27/25 around the one o’clock hour, I know that something isn’t right about the customer service at this subway!

The first time we came in last year we were asked to pay first before they prepared our order…again I was thrown off a little but thought maybe they’ve been dealing with some other issues that has resulted in customers needing to pay before service is rendered. Not too big of a deal here!

Today was HORRENDOUS! After my husband and completed our grocery shopping I asked my husband if he would get me a cup of ice for a room temperature beverage that we had just purchased out of Walmart from Subway.

My Husband greeted the man at the cash register and asked to purchase a cup of ice.

Subway Worker replied: “We don’t sale ice, you have to buy a soda to get a cup of ice”.

My husband responded with how much is a cup of soda? and RUDELY was told to look at the menu.

My Husband asked him who was he speaking to in that type of tone and then was asked to leave the store before the police was called.

Hospitality is the wrong place to work in if you don’t have or choose not to provide great customer service!

I don’t recommend yelling or belittling paying customers. This may be a franchised Subway and if so please understand that you’re still required to adhere to certain rules LEGALLY!

And also abide by the rules of Walmart since you’re located inside of their establishment.

No Signs in the store before you order that says we don’t take coupons. After you order and fix your sandwich, at the register is when they tell you we Don’t take coupons…. Now you wasted the food anyway. LET’S SEE TAKE A COUPON AND MAKE A PROFIT OR DON’T TAKE A COUPON AND TRASH THE FOOD…………NOT SO SMART🤦🏽‍♀️

I needed to go pick up a couple extra grocery items inside Walmart and saw the subway on my way in. I asked a gentleman when they were closing as I didn’t want to keep them and he told me I had plenty of time. I finished my shopping, stopped back in and he was so helpful and polite. I appreciate great customer service no matter what time of day it is! I haven’t been to subway in quite some time, but grabbing that new pro sweet onion chicken teriyaki with his recommendations was fantastic! I wish I got his name, but thank you so much!

Today is my 2nd and last day to visit this Subway. This location does not accept their own coupons and this is sad. I didn't see the sign until a rude , employee from India pointed and said they won't accept it. I asked for him to get a manager and he said, 'No'. Well I drove to my usual location in Plano and they accepted the coupon. I don't understand why they can't accept it but I won't eat here again.

Making sandwiches today, she is not qualified to work for SubwayI enjoyed Subway sandwiches while traveling to many states in the United States.The female employee here is rude and doesn't put a lot of ingredients. I asked for more, but...It's not even a crowded time. Is it easy to make money because Wal-Mart is next to you?I won't forget this for letting me experience the worst sandwich I've ever had.

Francisco has great customer service.There's been times where I get off work late and I rush to get a sub. Francisco has gone above and beyond by helping me even though it's 3 minutes before closing.However Melani has refused to serve me twice already.1st time I came 10 minutes before closing time.She refused to serve me claiming."I told my boss that no one has showed up in the las hour and my boss said I can close the business and leave."2nd time she rudely waved her arm and her tone of voice was not proper.She then proceeded to say."These are my last customers and I have something important to do and I have to leave."This was 1 hour before closing. "8:00"Store hours says that you close at 9 I believe this is false advertisement you should change it to"We close whenever we want."I give Francisco a 5 Stars.I give Melani a 1 Star.Thanks to Melani I give this Subway a 1 stars.I also need customers service number.Thank you.
