Was seated quickly very nice ambiance. Food arrived quickly and fresh. Everything was tasty and prices are very reasonable. Definitely stopping in again.

A nice little place to go for breakfast with the family. Servers are always friendly and accommodating. They also have these really delicious muffins at the front! Overall 5/5

Good breakfast spot. Service was fast and food came out pretty fast. Saturday mornings are pretty busy, which is expected, but it was still a good experience. Biscuits were a little dry, but big! I was able to enjoy them butter and jelly. I ordered a side order which included 2 biscuits. Portion sizes were plenty and price was average. They offer seasonal pancakes that might not be listed on the menu, so ask about them or you might see an advertisement for them. Area was clean with average noise.

Stopped by for breakfast with my grandson. He ordered 3 pancakes and a glass of orange juice. I didn't notice the price until I looked at the receipt. $19 for his meal? Mediocre food at gourmet prices. We have enjoyed their location in Allen for several years. I checked and their prices are still reasonable. What's up with this location?

It's ok, but nothing was really exceptional. Food is good and the service was as well, but there seemsTo be something missing or lacking a bit. It's not really a major issue, as I can't readily identify what that missing thing is. Like I said - the food is good and service was as well. Are there better options - yes most definitely!

Delicious food - very fresh! Friendly helpful staff. Owners work there! Aiming to please! Many choices! Lovely decor. Reasonable prices! Can’t wait to go back!

This place rocks! The service was outstanding, the food delish and the atmosphere was clean, comfy and brought a smile to our face! We truly enjoyed our breakfast there! Prices were reasonable too.

Gave this breakfast a try and we were glad we did. We ordered the meat lovers skillet (full of meat and other goodies) and the traditional breakfast with the choice of pancakes. Everything was delicious although our waiter seemed to forget we were there a couple of times to bring us items in our order and the check. Get there early because this gem fills up quickly after 9 a.m.

Went here for breakfast a few days ago and just loved it! Very modern setup, with good lighting, and just good atmosphere. The service was top notch too!We ordered coffee of course :) Also, we got very berry waffles which were just amazingg!! Fresh berries with whipped cream on warm waffle! Just yum! We also ordered chicken omelette with hash browns and pancakes! It was too much food for two people and we ended up with a to go box.. but the breakfast was just delicious! Will definitely go back!

Ambiance was quaint and quiet. Service was spot on - every time the wait staff passed they checked in. Food is good quality and arrived very neatly displayed as well as properly cooked.

I used to love this place. Until they ruined my breakfast multiple times and made no real attempt to make it right. The service just went downhill. The food was good when they got it right. Either way, I definitely won't be back.

I've been going to Sunview for more than 5 years ever since I discovered their Oreo pancakes . I have tried a few other items skillets, omelette, waffles all pretty good. I've tried the Anna location and the Allen location that's next to my house. I was on the other side of town so decided to try this location it is a little bigger than the Allen location and has a very nice patio in front. Stop by check them out!

The service here was horrendous. Food was just okay. Nothing amazing but not horrible either, but this review is entirely focused on the service.Soon as I came in, not greeted right away. Awkwardly stared at the hostess as she was distracted with other things. She finally looks up and greets me, so I tell her "for 2", and immediately she turns away distracted again with another employee telling her something and never even gets back to me. Ends up walking off somewhere. So rude. Another girl heard me however, so she proceeds to seat us. Then turns out I followed her for nothing as there really wasn't an open table. Ok? Eventually when we're sat, an older male waiter takes our order. He's not friendly, but that's fine. He gets right to the point, I kinda like that, but most people wouldn't. Got the eggs Benedict and it was okay. Fiance also wanted Chocolate chip pancakes so we place another order before we finished our benedict. Once finished we both had our plates at the edge of the table. Some other girl came to deliver the pancakes, looks right at the finished plates, and just leaves them there.... Also, this table is SMALL so it could barely fit even three plates. Would've been nice if she wasn't lazy and took them for us which is what a server should do.After we're done eating the male waiter gives us the bill in which I immediately put my credit card on top and slide it to the edge of the table, only for it to sit there for eternity. He never comes back to get it... eventually we're tired of sitting there doing nothing, I tell another guy "hey can we just pay. It's been sitting here forever" he just dismissively goes "yeah you can pay up front" and walks off. Once that happens some random girl must've noticed the frustration and says I got it and takes it up front. But we're already getting up so I walk to the front and just wait for them there to run the bill. Not risking waiting another hour for them to bring my card back. Signed the bill right in front of them with zero tip, handed it right to her, and walked out. Absolutely shitty service from this establishment, from just about every single employee that we interacted with. Never coming back here again, plenty of other choices for brunch.

Your standard breakfast spot with great prices, comparable to IHOP and Dennys but one a smaller scale. Our server did a great job for our big group of people and was very intensive, there wasn't anything that blew me away but it was enough to satisfy my breakfast hunger. The chicken fried chicken was decent I added hot sauce to mine for more flavor, the eggs were basic and the hash browns were standard. The pancakes were not as good as the other reviews but I ate a little bit. Overall I was pleased for the price point.

This place had great service and tasty grapefruit juice, but unfortunately I found the food underwhelming and it needed a ton of seasoning. I had the steak and eggs thinking I was in Texas this going to be great! I was wrong. There was no char and no seasoning. My sunny side up eggs were good. The other guests that dined with me had different menu items , but overall cute neighborhood spot, but I won't visit this place again.
