went inside because the line was long & was in a rush, all i ordered was 2 bean and cheese burritos with no onions. while i was waiting for the order the men in the back were talking about “sucking themselves off”. & another worker was gloating about stealing cars. mind you the restaurant was full of just women. it was really awkward & i got my order and it was wrong.
worst experience ever.

Awful service. Manger Edwin was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was yelling to his employees, no no was assisting in the front. About 10 people were waiting on cups and no assistance. He just stood there and said they were busy and blamed other people. To be a manager, he does not have the experience. I feel awful for the staff.

The workers working were amazing, however waiting a full hour for my order was a bit ridiculous especially considering I watched two of them on a smoke break outside for at least 20 minutes of that hour. Placed it online to be ready, arrived 20 minutes later and still proceeded to wait another 40. I understand being short staffed, but there’s no reason Taco Bell should have an hour wait

I can't help but feel that this place is refreshingly new and vibrant. My lunch experience there was nothing short of remarkable. I was in and out in a flash, but every moment was delightful. They offered a wonderful selection of healthy and delicious dishes that truly impressed me.

Stay away from this location. Bad customer service inside and drive-through is the worst . Waited 7 minutes with no one taking my order with only 1 car at the window and 2 cars behind me waiting to order as well. This happened Friday the 7th of March at around 9pm. Wish I could have spoken with their district team leader. Bad bad bad.

Placed an online order from hotel across the street at 7:48pm, order expected to be ready at 7:57pm. The order is for 10 items for $33. Head over, wait a bit. I am the only person inside the building. At 8:07pm (10 minutes after pickup time) I ask if they have an order for me, they said yes and apologized saying they were really busy. Keep in mind while waiting two other online orders got picked up and then one walk in showed up, plus the drive thru. At 8:10pm I finally got my order, so 22 minutes for Taco Bell…22 minutes for Taco Bell in an empty Taco Bell. Oh, you asked for no ice, here is an empty cup go get your own. Get back to my room and decide to eat the (somehow warm, not hot) food. Wouldn’t you know it, I actually wanted the Chipotle sauce that comes with the Steak Cheesy DIPPING burritos. Alright, start wrapping things up, time for dessert, love me some Cinnamon Twists…um, no, you can’t have those either. So, let’s look at this. I ordered online, so I did the ordering so I know it was ordered correctly. They had 22 minutes to get a fast food order correct and they still managed to get 30% of it wrong. They barely got a passing grade. Absolutely ridiculous.

Taco with no meat/ beef for $3.24?????
I ordered a crunchy supreme that had NO cheese, NO beef, brown / white lettuce and the shell was stale...definitely not crunchy!

They should be ashamed for selling one taco for $3.24 with this quality!!!!

Went thru drive thru and was told they were only taking online orders, so pulled around to place online order. Went back thru line and was then told they were out of beef! Do better Taco Bell!
