I ordered from this restaurant on the Taco Bell app. I did not receive my entire order and tried calling the restaurant and never received an answer. I’ve also put in complaints through the Taco Bell app and have not heard anything from this location. I’d say never order from this location as they are not dependable and do not completely fulfill your order. They also do not care about customer satisfaction apparently.

WATCH OUT FOR STEALING CREDIT CARD INFO!! I came up to this location on my way home from work to grab some food. pull up to the window the guy takes my card, closes the window and literally just doesn’t give my card back. I’m watching him as close as i can but of course their window is tinted, he starts just walking around even all the way to the front of the store. he finally comes back opens the window and hands me my food. THEN he gives me back my card. I confronted him and asked why it took so long to run my card but he just mumbled something abt scanning it in the card swiper right next to the window. I’m watching my transactions and if i see something unusual i’m calling the police.

It’s Taco Bell, so the expectations were already low. Well, I can say they exceeded our expectations I guess. All of our food looked like it had been hulk smashed. Broken into pieces. Wrong items given. All went to the trash. Woeful is an understatement. A good reminder why we never visit Taco Bell. Pay your employees to care more!

Placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup and arrived approximately 10 min after doing so. Gave my name at the drive thru speaker and was told my order had already been picked up. When I said they made a mistake and gave it to the wrong person, the employee said “well we don’t have it”. I asked if they could remake the order, since it was their mistake, I’ve already been charged $45 and received no food, he said “I’m short staffed and can’t do it.” I asked for a refund and he said he can’t do that either, and to go through the mobile app. Absolutely infuriating. What exactly CAN they do, because the job position they filled is apparently too challenging!?

What's not to love about Taco Bell??? You know exactly what you're going to get. May not be the healthiest food but it's tasty at a great price. Some of their newer menu items are fantastic!
