The only bad Taco Casa I found is 35 and Hebron from oklahoma to a lot of north texas maybe they figured that out the last few years I will just not ever go back it was basically daily bad management and disgusting ! I generally only rate must visit or stay away from but I am giving this location my five stars as over the past few months they have consistently given me the meat and chease packed goodies I expect from them!!!!!!! I also like that they are like the Chick-fil-A of tacos and nothing can be perfect but they use gloves and appropriately tuch stuff I watched them closely.

As of 1230 Wednesday, December 28 I’m so disappointed with the manager on duty. I pulled around to the drive-through window. and as I do every drive-through order when I get a drink, is it sweet tea he said yes I grabbed my cup put it in the cupholder grabbed my food put it in the seat and drove off mind you it’s hard to get back to this place once you drive out to the tollway. I get back there after 30 minutes trying to get back to him He only offered me 21 dollar coupons. I asked him could he remake my tostada he refused to do that and slammed the window on me “literally” My tostada is soggy because I had to come back to get my drink, right this guy has no experience with customer service whatsoever. I don’t know how he’s a manager.

chelada it's no bigger than my fork. The taco light is a super taco extra lettuce no meat. Sad excuse this is not Taco casa this is a franchise charging taco casa price but giving you Taco Bell quality this is bullshit no phone number is listed so you can call and complain either I would recommend not eating here

Had a full conversation with the woman at the window about how much I hate tomatoes, they still put tomatoes on my food. My sister in Christ all I asked for was no tomatoes and the still messed it up. I like the staff but they need to do better.
As always my taco was jam packed with delicious lettuce and cheese! It just isnt the same unless im losing half my taco from overflow! Lets put some cheery faces in the building and you've got a recipe for amazing!
