Place was crazy busy. Waited 1 hour and 35 minutes. However they did put us on the wait list from a phone call. Parking lot was packed, had to park at the back of the hotel next door. Service was surprisingly quick once we were seated, considering the crowd. Food was good, atmosphere was super noisy. My steak was cooked med rare just like I ordered it, another one at our table came out too rare and had to be sent back, and the chicken was also excellent. I thought they did well considering the crowd.

This is one of those places you eat here once for the experience (the “hype”) and that’s about it.
Food was great. Paying for someone else’s meal and then having to pay for ours and then not getting a refund has been an absolute nightmare! This happened over a week ago.

Food was great. Service was just as good. The party of 13 was too big and we had to split up tables and with it being really loud it was hard to hangout with family.

We enjoy Texas road house every time! The service was amazing the food is very good. I always ask for a side of garlic butter, the same one they give you for shrimp, but I pour it or dip the meat in it. Outstanding!

Generally food is delish, had an issue with extra tough ribeye which Dawn (mgr) helped to address immediately. Salas and accompaniments were as expected.

Steak was burnt to a crisp. The waitress took forever to return after we placed our food . So, a drink refill wasn’t happening. Maybe she was ready to leave because she almost ran us over trying to get out the door. lol

I’m not usually one to write reviews, but I felt like I needed to share my experience from today because it really made me uncomfortable. Everything was fine during my visit, but things took a weird turn at the end. After dinner, I went to the restroom, and one of the managers came in and stood right in front of my stall. At first, I didn’t think much of it, but then I realized she was letting customers go ahead of her. I was on my phone, and when I went to put it away, I looked up and saw her staring through the small gap in the door. That immediately made me feel uneasy, and I tried not to move in front of it again since she was right there.
Then, I heard her telling another customer they could go ahead because she was waiting for an employee and thought they were in the stall. From where I was sitting, it sounded like she was talking about me, and it made me feel super uncomfortable like she wasn’t going to leave until I came out. When I finally got out, I made eye contact with her, and she quickly went into one of the other stalls.
I asked to speak with a manager, and it turned out to be her. I politely asked if she thought I was an employee because I heard what she said and saw her looking into my stall. She explained she was referring to the handicapped stall and mentioned there had been problems with employees slacking off in the restroom. I totally get that, but she admitted that she looked into my stall, and when I noticed, she moved to the side. I’m not 100% sure if she actually moved aside, but when I slightly glanced back at the opening to see if she was still there, it didn’t seem like she did. Honestly, it’s hard for me to believe she was talking about the larger stall, since as soon as I came out, she darted straight into a stall herself instead of continuing to wait outside the bigger one.
I understand the need to make sure employees aren’t hanging out in the restroom, but I really think it could have been handled differently. Maybe standing by the sinks or somewhere less intrusive would’ve been better. The restroom is supposed to be a private space, and having a manager looking into my stall just didn’t sit right with me. I do appreciate the apology, but I’m not sure if I’d want to come back after feeling so uncomfortable.

Put in an online complaint through their website almost 2 weeks ago & have received no response/follow up. I’d recommend going to the Prosper location instead - we’ve frequented that location & had amazing service & food every time. I’m afraid this location’s quality & service has gone downhill.

If you don't mind loud birthday songs, then the food is good.
I had bad service (Jasmine). She brought 1 meal perfectly prepared and 1 medium filet cooked well done.
If you ask for more tea or rolls, don't expect her to remember. I got an unsweetened refill and well-done steak.
Very disappointed in having a wait person argue with me about my food. I saw her treat someone else poorly. Avoid Jasmine!
