It’s kind of became a staple for me when I stop by Dallas. From the options of different American foods, to brisket done right. I don’t think you can ever go wrong. Place is always packed but always seems to have space for the revolving crowds of families.

It was very busy when we went yesterday, but everybody was very polite in our request for how we wanted to be seated. We had to wait a little bit longer, but we got exactly what we wanted. Desmond was our server and he was on point. Refills were ready boxes were ready when we wanted we didn’t have to ask for much of anything. It just magically appeared when we needed. He was truly amazing and we look forward to coming again, no matter how long the way it is as long as we have a server like him again.

I had some time between events and decided to stop by. The place was busy but staff is efficient and I was seated immediately. Food was delicious and fairly fast, even though the restaurant was full. Well run operation, just like other Roadhouse locations I have tried.

Vegetables were so undercooked couldn't even get a fork in them. However, most people go here for the meat. My herb crusted chicken was as always delicious! Yes I could've sent them back but whatever it is still 4 stars!

One of our favorites is Nathalie—she’s always attentive and on top of everything. The review attached just shows that some people will find any excuse to complain.
My wife and I have been served by Nathalie more times than we can count, and she has always been professional, even while managing her own responsibilities. Never once has anything been inappropriate. It’s unfortunate that some people feel the need to tear others down.
If you haven’t been to this roadhouse yet, you’re in for a treat. And if you have, you already know why we keep coming back.
Went to Texas Roadhouse to pick up some takeout for my dad. He gave me two gift cards to pay with. I handed both to the girl doing the takeout (not knowing at the time that I shouldn’t have done that). She ended up only giving one back and claimed the other one had no money on it because she “used it all.” I got home and told my dad, and he said there should’ve been over $100 on that card. Our food was only $52 so that didn’t make any sense. So we called and gave her a chance to explain but she didn’t use that chance so my dad confronted her then suddenly she “found” $60+ on the card….. howww do you misread $60 as zero?! It wasn’t even busy when I went it was a regular Tuesday night and school had already started. The manager just said maybe the take out place was busy but that doesn’t really explain it. I’ve had them forget an item before (like a salad) but never something like this. It felt like she was hoping I wouldn’t notice and could just take the card to use later. Also usually if a card is empty they ask if you want to keep it or toss it. She never asked which was super sketchy. She also seemed really bold about the whole thing so I was thinking maybe she’s done it before and gotten away with it. Just wanted to share this in case it helps someone else. Hopefully she’s not working there anymore because that was not okay.
