The Baked Bear

My husband and I enjoy visiting The Baked Bear for a post activity treat! Our first visit, we made ice cream sandwiches with toppings and found that, that was a little too much for us. The next visit, without toppings and different choices was great! I had the bear bowl which was a warmed cookie bottom and the ice cream of my choice on top. This is the perfect combination for me. The staff is happy to give samples of the ice cream flavors available to be sure you enjoy what you order! The place was very tidy and neat each time we have visited.

We did park in the lot across the way from PF Changs and walked passed it to get to the Baked Bear.

I was excited to try this place because I love ice cream sandwiches but I was pretty disappointed. I tried 6 different cookies and 1 ice and it all tasted the same. The cookies tasted like they had been sitting in crisco and had zero flavor other than that.
The ice cream also lacked flavor.
The employees were friendly but that’s really the only positive I have.

Probably the best brownie sandwich we’ve ever had! The portion size was just right, making it both satisfying and shareable. The brownie itself had an excellent texture—soft, chewy, and full of flavor with every bite. A perfect treat all around!

I want to give a shout out to a certain lady who works there a very good review on how they made my ice cream sandwich! I recommend finding her to make your sandwiches not fall apart and taste very good!

If you want a sugar rush, look no further. They have limited flavor options for their ice cream (my kids want basic) Make sure you get the cookie warmed up, makes a big difference. The helpings are big and can be shared easily.

I stopped by The Baked Bear for their delicious ice cream and was impressed by the variety of cookies and ice cream flavors available. The option to create a sandwich cookie was a fun touch! Everything was fresh and customizable, making it a great spot for ice cream lovers. Highly recommend checking it out!

I ordered 1 vegan brownie cookie it was horrible and 1 brownie it was horrible. Ok so with hygiene & disinfection guidelines at a low standard in my opinion.. resulted in me tasting the store air in the baked goods. It's simple if pastries aren't stored in a case or container that is sterile & clean. The customer will literally taste the air in the food. No different than storing food in my fridge unsealed, my food will taste funny. The store has heavy foot traffic so clean the windows everyday, hand prints are the norm sadly in today's resturant industry. 🤢 Next the brownie is a thin soggy coaster. If baked items are old, the oils will make the flour soggy/greasy. Corner bakery also has pastries out in the open for employyees sneeze, huff, cough on them. Let's apply common sense & cleanliness while operating a resturant.

Sam and his crew did a wonderful job at my daughter's wedding this past weekend! Food was great and everyone had a wonderful time getting their treats. Special support for the vegans too!
