The Spanish female woman said she’s the owner. She is always rude, nasty attitude and poor customer service. The clerks have said previous she is hard to work under. She literally never has a smile on her face and is never greet-able like we are coming to get free things. I come to get a frozen margarita and she started saying we couldn’t get it to go then she started saying we can get it to but we have to purchase food . Since when!!! I’ve been coming here for years and never started seeing her til recently. She needs to work on her customer service because it is POOR and even worst to be the owner with such a nasty disposition when we are coming to bring you MONEY by purchasing from you.

My family and I ate here a few years ago while on a family trip. I do recall that we all enjoyed our meals and their customer service was pretty decent. I've personally never been to a place where they were pet ? friendly and also had a designated play area for pets and with obstacles for their entertainment. I thought that was pretty awesome since I am also a pet owner. I recommend this place if you're looking for a pet friendly place to enjoy your meal with your pets or with family and friends.

I actually love this place and it is my favorite place to eat at the shacks. (I love the Shacks area except for the seating. I wish that there were a few more comfortable seats here and there, not just hard metal seats and picnic tables. If there were more seats with backs I'd want to go there more often because other than the sesting it's a fun place to relax and enjoy our friends and dogs!)

For what it is, I thought it was great. A quick serve place with mostly outdoor seating, shared with the little restaurants around them. Good prices. I got the fried shrimp tacos. Sort of like a PO boy but on tortillas. Came with a side of fries. Hit the spot.

The name is fitting… tacky. Absolutely would never spend a single dollar here. Ownership should really rethink who they employ. The waitress was extremely rude. Enough so that we turned around and walked out without ordering.
The food here is really great and the staff are all super helpful and friendly. The outdoor seating could use some love. There's a lot of rusty tables and chairs that could use a hit from a wire wheel and some rust prevention paint.My wife had the fish and chips. I had the shrimp tacos.

The catfish was very good, it was crispy on the outside but not dry or over cooked. They use a cornmeal and seasoning batter that tasted great. The fries were seasoned well and were also very good. I also had a margarita swirl, and I gotta say it was a little sweet for me, but I did enjoy it still. I wish the portion was larger, but overall a good meal. Wish I could give 4.5 stars.
