Tabitha is absolutely horrible on 1/7/25..she was not interested in helping our group at all.. she barely wanted to check on us .. just simple water refills we barely got. I usually don’t act like a Karen but this was unacceptable tbh.

The staff were rude. They didn't even bother to see our needs as we started playing in the bay. Especially, the bay host was too inattentive and I had to go and ask him for left-handed clubs which he gave me after 20 minutes and the billing fiasco. I never expected this service from you guys. Please improve your service. I had to call the bay host twice until he responded. It was an unpleasant visit. I never expected this kind of behavior from topgolf

Had the best time there tonight and it was all thanks to our server John. He was always on top of our drinks, food, and game play. He really made my experience the best it’s ever been. I hope he is my server every time I’m there.

Super fun place, I’ve been here multiple times and service is okay usually (I know they are very busy and we don’t mind) but John was taking care of me and my friends tonight and he was amazing.
