My husband and I showed up to enjoy the evening and 5 mins after being there the so called manager came up and told us we had to leave due to a complaint made BY THE STAFF. I asked what was going on and asked to speak to another manger and he said he was the manager and we had to leave. It was our first time there and I was so confused and asked is it because we are Mexican and he said no and claimed that he was Hispanic but did not appear to even care what the situation was!! He just clearly did not care what wha we were telling him. So yes I made a mess of things because we get tired of getting treated differently, They called the cops on us and we left. If you are trying to have a good time DO NOT GO THERE!!! They judge you on you ethnicity!!!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. We had to cut our trip short after spending nearly $600. Our party of 10 adults was suddenly cut off from alcohol after ordering two shots per person, which made no sense and was handled poorly. This completely ruined my sister’s birthday celebration. Instead of enjoying the night, we were left frustrated and confused. We will not be returning and do not recommend this location for group celebrations.

On the 01/14/2026. I was walking into my bank, Navy federal where the top golf ball hit me right on where I did C-section on, like very terrifying experience. I went there to report the incident and met with a nice lady named Rachel.
I thought I could hold the pain till the next day to go see my doctor but the pains became worse than I anticipated. I called Rachel to request the ambulance and I was taken to the ER for check up and was there for a couple of hours. Rachel had told me that one of the managers was going to contact me the next day 01/15/2026, up until 01/16/2026, none of them had deemed it fit to contact me. I even called the contacts Rachel gave me including her number, but got no response.
I think that’s indeed a terrible act and y’all gonna be hearing from my lawyer.😞

We were there on 12/26/25 which is why I believe it was not too packed. We did make a reservation and once we arrived I believe we ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes for our spot which wasn't too bad. We were put on the first floor which i was not too thrilled about since the top floors seem like they would be much more fun. My husband said it was even better so I went with it. Our server did an excellent job and the food we ordered tasted very good(surprisingly very large portion of Nachos). They had a PEPSI special for two items on the menu and two drinks for $38.99, which was not bad at all! We played for 1.5 hours and had a blast. I truly recommend this place to have a nice fun time with friends and family.

About $100 for 2 players for 90 min is extremely expensive. The ones who can easily afford it they will not go back because they rather stay rich than transfer their wealth into novelty overpriced services. Add the $6+ membership service, 20% tip, 1 wings plate and 3 sodas and you are at $175 for 90 minutes for swinging balls into a field full of balls blocking your rolling ball. I used to visit at weekly basis 8-10 years ago, everything was 1/2 what is today. I took my girls there few days ago for them to revisit their teen memory lane but we’re not going back. Did we had fun? Yes, but at $1 per min isn’t worth it by any stretch of imagination. The time wasted in conversations between turns takes away 20-30 min from playing. We rather pay per game not per minute but that’s not in TG’s biz plan 😁

I didn’t like that in order to make a reservation I had to pay $12 and then when I realized that I will be a little late I tried to change it there is no way and I simply have to cancel it with no refund ! Will never make a reservation again that’s ridiculous also I don’t like that I reserved the reservation for two and when I get there I’m the only one on the screen and it cost $6 to add someone extra. Like this mad the $30 Sundays pretty much full price and let’s not pretend you are doing any favors at this point .

We got our bay til 9:30 and our server was rushing us and with 2 min until our end time she was cleaning our table. She stated not trying to rush y'all but I have another reservation. We ended up finishing up watching the game pool table area and 30 min later I walked by our bay and no one was a our bay. She was so rude in rushing us as we paid. I could of been petty but I do not believe in that. We still left her a decent tip regardless of service. We had a previous good experience for a birthday party but my personal experience was horrible. Would not recommend.

I usually enjoy going here, but last night was a bad experience. Went around 10:30pm the girl working the bar was insanely rude, had an attitude talking to us like she didn’t want to make drinks…. Which is her job. She had no good customer service, looked like she didn’t want to be there. I think some customer service training needs to be done. We were nothing but friendly to her.

Love going to Top Golf but this day I went for a special occasion. My little cousin family drove 3hrs one way to celebrate his birthday. I was so sad to get there and see so many booths open and the front desk person had place him in the VERY LAST BOOTH IN THE CORNER. We still tried to make the best of it and I could see if the place was full but it was first thing in the morning. How SAD...

The particular staff who was Incharge seem to be not so interested to interact with brown people (person who took our food order) As she was not interested to even come talk to us!
At first she said only 6 were allowed to be on the bay while we were 6+ 2 babies (manager overturned this) tried all possible crap to change the bay so that she doesn’t serve us!
We had to wait 15-20 mins to get her attention! And then no empathy, No Hi Hello! Greetings!
