I sure do Live eating my Velvet Taco! 🍰

we placed our order; there were 4 of us, 2 different tickets. the second order came out after the first order was finished. People that came in after us, got their food quickly. Never again.

Sadly, the taco menu has been reduced and replaced with bowls. If I wanted a bowl I would go to Chipotle, which is not a good alternative. I come here for the great eclectic taco choices. The Cuban Pig is gone, and many more staple tacos - but wait, they said so many people complained that on April 14th they will have a few on their “back door menu” meaning it is not on the menu you see but they will make it if you ask. I loved Velvet Taco. Why did you change? Will you change your name to Velvet Bowls? Bring back all the tacos on the menu please!!!!!!

having a drive-thru that is supposed to be for mobile orders placed ahead of time, but also allowing people to place orders at the drive-thru window and allowing those cars to sit at the window and wait while they make their orders fresh completely defeats the purpose of having a mobile drive-thru. Make those cars pull into the spots at the front?! It's super frustrating to be stuck in a line while my food is getting cold when I placed an order ahead of time. And confusing bc there's been several times my mobile order wasn't quite ready and I'm asked to go get back at the end of the line? Odd system

Delicious food always! Cant beat the tikka and Mexicali shrimp tacos. Had an excellent service experience. Accidentally ordered the wrong thing and one of the employees made it for me free of charge in addition to the item I had unintentionally ordered. Super experience and will certainly be back

Super disappointed with the food quality . Ordered seafood taco, kids taco and Korean fried rice bowl.
The seafood tacos were okay.
Kids taco was full of potato tots and very less chicken and taco was not cooked well. Just taco, potato tots, a small chicken tender, and some cheese on top
. Very shitty taco, I don't know why they called it a taco in first place.

Bowl was equally bad - some part of the rice was not properly cooked, I literally got cold rice grain chunks in the bowl - chew it and might need to visit dentist . Pulled pork was cold and tasteless .
