I always like to order wings at this prestigious location! I always call to order but this time I did it in person! The lady was taking great care of me! Then the lady who is in charge of the area arrives! Her name is Cecilia and she arrived all rude, wanting to intimidate me! Which as a person and as a customer anyone needs respect, I wanted to change vegetables for potatoes! Since I placed an order for 100 pieces, I charge extra for changes! Money doesn't matter but attention, aside from other comments! And then I went out next call to complain to the manager or another area! I explained to him what had happened! But I saw that it was she who answered and said she was in charge! When the call ends, come in right away! And what she did instead of apologizing, because the only thing she did was say that is what she has to say Bye, She was making a joke and laughing at my comment with her colleagues and if the managers higher up see it, they can check the cameras from 6:25 Pm and 6:35 Pm dated 06/04/25 so they can see the type of manager they have! What it does is discredit the location and give poor ethics. No matter how much or how little it happens! Always give a solution, do not make fun of the client. Thank you…

The food is way overrated and not worth the price. The food portion was great, but the taste was not there. Way too much sauce on the chicken and way too much salt on the fries. Got a 5pcs. and was only able to eat half of one tender.

Food was decent but I am leaving a one star review because this is the only restaurant I've been to in my life that has unsweetened tea, but DOES NOT have any kind of sweetener. No Splenda, no sweet and low, no equal, NOTHING! As a diabetic who loves tea, but can't drink tea with sugar, I found this APPALLING and totally ruined my meal.
Dietary restrictions: No sweetener for the tea which as a diabetic in unacceptable.

Worst customer services ever. I placed an online ordered. Paid $8 for 2 brownies and they were not with the ordered. Had to call the store and the Assistant Manager was not helpful at all. Refused to have them delivered. We will see if I get a refund and worse customer service experience!

I have never had a problem at wingstop. Till I visited the one in the colony, shame on you!!! I'll let the pictures do the talking. I didn't ask for naked wings,??? I guess you guys were short. Cause my wind sure were. If I wouldn't have been so hungry after waiting, almost 40 minutes for them to come out on it weekday at 2 PM. I would have sent them back. This is my absolute favorite place to eat... I visit the wine in Lewisville off 121 anywhere from 3 to 4 times a week. I know that's a lot... But I won't be going back to the colony.

Worst experience in my life. The boneless chickens were SUPER salted to the point it wasn't edible. These rude Spanish employs including the manger claimed its too salty for us? Not only thar they rudely reply to call which I called them numerous time and they did not pick up. I WARN you this place tastes awful and they treat you awfully

FIRST AND LAST TIME, i went here with my family yesterday and they got my moms order wrong, she asked for them to re-make her wings ( keep in mind the lady who took my order was so LAZY and rude and didn’t repeat my order to make sure we got everything we order) so once they try to remake my moms order they asked her to pay $10 more ?? for what , for the mistake that THEY MADE?? for the mistake their STAFF made ?? absolutely not my mom refused to pay and the manger got mad and told her “ don’t ever come back “ it’s so rude coming from a hispanic family knowing they’re mexican too. 0/10 never again.
They are very rude. If you don’t speak Spanish they do not treat you with respect. I called the store 20 times attempting to place an order and the cashier basically called me a liar. I had a very simple order and it took them over 30 min to complete my order. It was not that busy when I arrived.
