The wings to me are pretty much always pretty decent but the buffalo ranch fries that I order a large is an extra almost $4 and for a bit now they don’t even put ranch or buffalo sauce on them. So what’s the point? Why am I paying for the Buffalo ranch if I’m not getting them? Smh waste of money. Including a picture of one I ordered last night and you can’t see anything on the fries. I’m done ordering from them.

I was just here at 12:15pm and i was given some cold fries I told them I wanted fresh fries and all they did was had a few hot fries on top of the cold fries that they already had given me. The wings were stale as if they refried wings already used or made. First time having bad service from them and I been going here a year. definitely lost my service though after this. I refuse to pay $13 for some stale and cold food. However the girl that took my order was very sweet and friendly.

Have gone to this location multiple times and the young boy with glasses up in the front is extremely rude and snarky every single time. Made an order for my dad to go pick up and he ended up waiting an hour and a half after the pick up time.

Just got the new Honey sricha and ordered my old favorite GP. These wings are great. Everything was hot and fresh. And they were busy with high school kids too. But food is great! Chef's
Ordered a 24 piece family pack: (8) Dallas cowboy hot lemon, (8) lemon pepper and (8) Hickory Smoke BBQ, 10 piece Cajun corn cobs, and a side of Korean BBQ boneless.Who ever seasoned the chicken really put their foot in it. The tang and zest from the lemon pepper was intense, and the flavor hit the spot. However, I was not a fan of the boneless wings, they were more like tough nuggets. Due to the size and being fried, they were a little tougher to chew, which also could bring the assumption it was old boneless chicken thrown in Korean BBQ sauce. But as for the rest of the chicken, they were well made and not fatty. Fried to perfection!The seasoning on the Cajun corn cobs was nice too. Overall, paid about $40, for a family meal, which curbed the appetite for wings. All the food managed to stay warm after a 20 minute drive.
This location is pretty good...so far....they haven't messed up or missed anything yet and the chicken is always mint. kudos to the cooks in the back. get those guys raises!

We ordered two of their Cajun chicken sandwiches meals, waited the 20+(!!!) minutes for pickup, and was given two plain sandwiches. So I went back in, explained twice that they were supposed to have the extra toppings and fries. They put two fries in on top and cups of ranch. I had to go back in because I had stupidly trusted them, and had to explain, for about the 6th time that it was the Cajun combo. Close to 40 minutes after initially purchasing food we finally had to right meals. Utterly ridiculous. Will definitely not been returning.Parking: No parking by the front of the store.

If i could give this location of this chain 0 stars I would. Crappy service. Had to repeat myself to the cashier 5 times and my food ended up being wrong anyways. 10-15 Minute wait is more like 20-30 minutes. Cooks are doing okay its front of house staff that needs to be fired and replaced. Like damn are yall really in that much of a rush? I worked in food service and yall-the shit is not that hard bffr.
