Amazing staff, great patio, and great beer ?Our server Wendy was amazing. Will be back because of her! Out of all the places I have eaten she is the only person who offered to get me carrots for my baby. She is the best!

They traveled the world and never came back...horrible experience. Very very sloooooow in getting any service. We walked in and there was no crowd, the manager asked where we wanted to sit and we said out on the patio. He said ok I will get you a table and never came back, luckily the bartender said sit wherever. We waited 15 min for service. Got the wrong drink and waitress acted put out when we asked for the correct drink. Never took our order for food we just paid our drink bill and left. Total of 45 min there and only had one drink the whole time, because she only checked on us twice and the place was not even crowded. Stay away.

It's a World of Beer. They have bar food and a good selection of beer. Prices for beers are all over the place, so watch out!Servers are nice, but none have any idea about beers. I've had bottles arrive with the cap on still and no one had an opener, so I had to take it back to the bar to get it opened.

It was a slow night so only a couple of patrons at the bar, besides me and my husband. Music outside was pleasantly loud, ambience was perfect, and the restaurant was clean and well lit. Service from the bartender and kitchen people was superb, as was the selection on tap! We had the brisket burger with fries and the truffle burger with sweet fries- best burgers I've tasted in a while. Freaking yum!

Please stop by WOB at the Grandscape Grotto! Too many people are not aware of this great location, and you need to tell your friends and family. An impressive beer selection, a killer staff, and some great food. I celebrated my birthday there and with the WOB App, I got a FREE Shareable!! And the bartender even poured me a shot ON THE HOUSE! What a great place!!

My visit to World of Beer is a bit of an oddity so I wasn't sure how to rate this one at first. It's located a strip of shops below ground level in Grandscape named The Grotto that seems to largely still be unoccupied but has the potential to be a unique, cool retail space for the area once it takes off. Due to the location and relatively low occupancy, it was pretty dead around 8pm on a Tuesday with only a few people coming and going while we were there. The good news is it wasn't too loud, there was pretty of good beer to try, and we got awesome personal service as a result. Seems like it could be a nice neighborhood bar if you live in the area, just make sure to bring your friends. I think I'm slightly grading on a curve with this one (maybe a 3.5) but it matched my Tuesday energy at the end of the night, I enjoyed my visit, and the wide selection of beer to choose from. The bartender told us the have done event nights such as poker nights that draw a good crowd as well as letting us know that things are normally busy on the weekends. Plan your visit accordingly.

I heard this place had a bad rap had to go check it out myself and to be honest ignore the haters this was a great place I got brisket barbecue burger. It came out very fast. The service was great. Great refills not too expensive and overall great atmosphere. I would recommend you come here and don't listen to the people that say don't.

Avoid this place for a very long time. It, apparently, just opened here. We stopped in to try it out and could not have been more disappointed. We ordered 2 burgers, a Bavarian pretzel and some Guinness. The giant pretzel came cold. My wife and and I had been shopping and ate on it but brought it up to the waitress. Hoping to be have it taken off our bill or get us a new one. The response..... "Wow that's crazy. Usually they are very hot. " annnnd she walks away. My wife and I were starving and just decided to take the L on that because the waitress seemed to be malfunctioning.I get my meal...... and they did not bring my wife's meal for another 10 minutes. And all of it looks like it was put together by my granddaughter. Literally my wife had to remove portions of her sandwich because it was the end of the head of lettuce jammed in there. The Burgers came with fries. I got like 10 fries and my wife's plate must have had the rest. All of it looked thrown together.Mind you there were multiple servers and the place was fairly empty. So it was not busy by any stretch of the imagination.The final straw was this. We get the bill and the prices were different now. We brought this up to our server and got this gem. "Oh yeah they raised the prices on everything by a dollar or two but they have not updated the menus yet. And I have nothing to do with the menu's. Have a nice day".Yeah avoid this place. The food was horrible. The service was even worse. And now I have to watch my account for a while to make sure the charge is correct. For a somewhat reasonably reputable looking place they are beyond shady.

THIS PLACE IS COMPLETELY UNDERSTAFFED. Went there with a friend to watch some football. There was one guy there who seemed to be the manager, server and bartender. He was completely overwhelmed. We never got served and left. Not the guy's fault but it is managements fault for not providing him enough staff. You rarely get a second shot at an unhappy customer so they are blowing it. There are some cool sports bars in the area. I will try it again in a couple weeks. Just be aware for now.

This place is horrible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. First off when we seated we ask for waters we never got. I had to go look for waiter to get my drinks. Even had go to bar couple times. Ask for napkins I never got so I just got paper towels out bathroom. They were very understaffed. Food was great but we never going back. These businesses have to better if they would like for their employees earn they tip. I had to give one star to make this review. Otherwise yall gets Zero...
