I have been coming here since current ownership took over and couldn’t be more impressed. A family owned business, very personable, and hard working staff. Never had a better avocado toast! A wonderful, distinctive coffee. Check it out and the great businesses coming to the newly renovated shopping center and new library.
The chilaquiles with black beans were the highlight of my Mavs night, but everyone knows the best thing in the room was definitely sitting at my table. If you want to see if the conversation matches the view, you know where to reach me. Better move quick.

Only ordered a drink but I got it later than the group when I had ordered first which was strange.
They have lots of chairs but they were old and hard.
