I always leave here satisfied.
After being vegan for 6 years, I hated pork when I went back to eating meat. This place changed that. The Black Garlic Tonkotsu has pork that is so tender and flavorful, it almost deserves a special spot on the menu.
The Red Bean Bao is adorable and delicious.
And of course, there’s plenty of Chrysanthemum Tea.
This place is never packed, and they deserve more attention. Come and check it out!!

Their noodles are lack of flavor. Service is ok, but not great. Overall, an average experience. Might or might not go back in the near future.

So here's a tip. When you go to a place with hand pulled noodles, called noodle kitchen, order noodles. The boa is good too. My family ordered plain Chinese dishes. (No noodles) They weren't bad, but nothing special either. I've ordered bao and noodles here multiple times now. It's always fantastic.

Delicious food in an unassuming location. This place deserves more traffic, which may help with the sleepy, dim atmosphere. The staff were not dressed properly (e.g. basketball shorts). This place could benefit from a couple of easy cosmetic lifts, but is well deserving of a stop in. We loved the homemade dumplings and beef noodle soup!

The space was nice and the decor created a more authentic ambience.
If you're looking for a really solid Chinese platter with a convenient location, this place is for you. I had the pork xiao long bao and they were lovely. Lots of flavor and cooked well. I also had the sesame chicken. Good flavor, but a little more on the bread-ier side than I like, but that is my preference. The piggy red bean bao was the highlight of my trip. I really appreciate bringing a "cute" dish and also liked that it was not extremely sweet.
Service was nothing out of the ordinary, but it was relatively quick.

Absolutely amazing. A bit pricey, $10-20 per item (minus drinks), but absolutely worth it. We've tried the walnut shrimp, shrimp tempura, soup dumplings, broccoli chicken, black garlic tonketsu ramen, cheese wontons, red bean bao (soft buns that were almost too cute to eat!!), ice cream mochi, chocolate bao (fried)... Everything was undoubtedly 10/10. Made with fresh ingredients and well plated, everything tasted hand made with care. Only thing that is even slightly different is that they serve soda as cans with a glass of ice. And that's not even a bad thing!
I've gone twice already this past month and I'll keep going and taking my friends and family there. Next we'll try the Mongolian beef!

Vegetarian options: They have a tofu menu. You can request ramen with no meat, no fish cake and extra egg. They also have vegetable options for all dishes, and they have vegetarian buns and dumplings. Their dessert menu is also very veggie friendly! (I'm vegetarian, since 2016!)
Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed! I don't know about any kids meals or deals for kids, but I've seen kids there. Unsure about high chairs

The flavor was good. The people are friendly. And I understand advertised photos are always over the top. But It could have at least had all the ingredients there? And sooo frugal with the veggies and meat? It was basically a bowl of noodles with broth? I feel like this was a complete let down??
