Have dined several times at his restaurant and have always enjoyed my experience. This was different They have expanded the size of the restaurant by more than double so it has really slowed down the bar service. Took a very long time for cocktails to be delivered to table which slows the whole evening down. Our server was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious . New section is loud. Prices seemed to have gone up as well.

We can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable evenings we have had at a restaurant in The Woodlands. The food was wonderful all through to dessert ! But the service was above and beyond expectations. We had Taylor as our server and have had many experiences in highly rated restaurants but none of the servers could compete with Taylor! She never missed a beat of pouring water and wine and serving the food! Her knowledge and explanation of the different entrees on the menu was exceptional. We never felt rushed making for a most pleasant evening! On top of the professional service Taylor has a personality that lights up the room! We will return!

Great place overlooking the looking the lake at Hughes Landing. One of our special occasion places in The Woodlands.

Excellent service, great food choices, finally made it to dessert ... which was excellent as well. Thank you Taylor and team.

Our entire meal was phenomenal! It was the best lobster bisque, baked oysters and ravioli we have ever had. Raymond, the bartender, was wonderful. His cocktails were fantastic!

Our second visit. Food was nice but very salty and music/volume great. Our server Sam was outstanding.

We had an amazing experience at Azzurro's in The Woodlands! This Italian coastal cuisine spot is perfect for anniversaries, date nights, and special occasions. Our server provided fantastic recommendations and made the evening unforgettable. We started with the calamari, and our main courses were the New York strip and salmon, paired with a delightful bottle of Moscato. What truly set the night apart was their thoughtful gesture in helping me ask my date to be my girlfriend. They even engraved the dessert plates with a special message and decorated our table with rose petals. The ambiance was quiet and laid back, with a stunning view of the water and sunset. They even provided valet parking, ensuring everything was perfect. If you're second-guessing or hesitant about going to Azzurro's, don't worry! This is the spot to go to for a truly special experience. Highly recommend it!

We have visited this restaurant on four previous occasions. Each time, it was nearly empty, with only about 10 percent of the tables occupied. We ordered one dozen East Coast oysters, which were served promptly and were very tasty. One member of our party had braised short ribs, which were good. Another had the branzino, served with the skin on over black rice. My husband said it was good, but he felt he had to eat the skin to feel full. I ordered the osso buco, and unfortunately, the shank was a bit tough. I had to use a knife to cut it, which is not always the case with this dish, as it is typically slow-cooked to be fork-tender. I have had this dish at other establishments, and it has been much more tender in the past. The sauce lacked flavor, as the dish can be very rich. I did enjoy the risotto. Pricey, great location, but not hitting the mark for high-end Italian cuisine.

It started out fine. Our server was not great. I told her I was interested in meat and she just rattled off the 3 most expensive things. I was between 3 things, so that didnt help. Then I decided on the short rib. My husband asked if there were any specials, as in off menu features. She said no, but we have a Happy hour during the week. We weren't looking for a " blue plate special". We spend money when we go out and we usually over tip. A server can make your whole experience. When our food came out the lamb shank was placed in front of me. That was never even discussed as on of my options. My husband waited to eat his until mine was corrected. She just didn't even listen. We asked about their sister restaurants and she said, who my sister? The ricotta cheesecake was amazing! We won't be back though. If we had a different server, I'm sure the whole experience would have been better.

The food and service was great. I just feel it was a bit overpriced. Our waiter, Victor, was very nice and attentive. We loved the food and service.

The tables outside create a really nice atmosphere as the sun sets. It was a pleasant meal in refreshing weather. but. It was a shame that the table was a bit small for large people. Each food was delicious ^^

Met a client here for dinner Sunday night. The food is delicious and the portions proper. Great service as well. The decor and lighting are some of the best I've seen in a restaurant. For the size, a lot of thought went into the design. Only change I'd recommend is going to the next light color selection on the table lamps. The yellow conflicts with the neutral white used in the lights everywhere else in the restaurant.
