Not tasty birria, not that tasty ceviche, regular Cuban Torta. Meh 😒

I tried a variety and all was delicious but the Tacos de barbacoa … 😱 so dang good!!!!! 10+stars .

Burnt egg in egg and potato tacos is really disappointing considering how long the order took. It made the double tortilla taco so dry. I decided to order a side of sour cream to help counter the dryness instead of waiting for them to remake the order. The 1oz side of sour cream was $3.24, for reference a 14oz sour cream is $2.95 at H‑E‑B. Se pasan.

Older lady handling food & orders needs to work on her attitude. They couldn’t understand a Louisiana Drivers License. Smh do better

I order and had it door dash delivered and I just want to say AMAZING! I would have called and told them how great the food was but it’s about to be that rush hour lunchtime. Pozole was the best I have had in years. Even my littles couldn’t get enough of it! The Birria sandwich was perfect! They give you enough sauce to dip, but I ordered extra just in case (and didn’t need it). 10/10! We will order again!!

The cashier lady, was awful from the way she spoke to how she handled our conversation. I had ordered a horchata and it was pleasant and asked to possibly swap it out. The woman proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t possible because the owner could not support having that lost. And when I walked away and I felt the group of two ladies speak unpleasant about me all until I finished eating I got stared at and talked about. Thankfully this young man approached me and offered to change my drink. The lady proceeded to get on him about it and wasn’t happy. Not a great experience.

For mall food this place is really good. Of course it is to $$$. But hey itsbin the mall. My wife loves this place. The girls taking the orders were very nice and helpful. The street tacos were really worth a go. I say get the chicken. If you are in the Woodlands Mall and want to grab a bite to eat. Bigotes Street Tacos is a must try.

Old Lady was so rude, and refuse to give me onions and cilantro when I ask for it and said to go ask the guy taking an order, when she was there already and the guy was busy taking order, she proceeded to be rude and argue with me publicly, food is amazing but it’s horrible customer service !

This is my favorite spot at the food court! Very fresh food - I typically get the street tacos (Nortenos style). I've always gotten good customer service.

Best Al pastor tacos I've ever had the Charo beans are also delicious! Very nice staff.

I ordered a chicken Milanese cake and it was conmadre. Besides, it has fresh cheese inside the cake, my wife ordered a quesadilla and everything tastes good. I will definitely buy here again.
