I came in yesterday during lunch and while it was very busy the service was great !! I ordered my food and had a very full bowl with a lot of the options they have to choose from. Lastly, Mercedes at the register greeted me with a smile and made the atmosphere even more enjoyable. The customer service & food quality is always good here.

This location was okay. Not as clean as the others I've been to recently. This one had very young people working there and seemed immature. The tables were dirty and so was the floor. I wiped my own table off so we can sit down and eat. The harissa chicken didn't taste the same and was dry as if it had been sitting there for a bit before we ordered it. When scooping portions they were super skimpy about it. Never had any of these type of issues at an other location. Will be back to CAVA just not this one.
Very good and healthy. I got the Harissa Avocado bowl. The only reason I took of one star is it is quite pricy. Will be back for more!

I expressed to the employee that it was my first time experiencing cava and that I could use some help with what to choose. I was treated as though it was their first time also. They were not engaged or engaging. The person I was handed to seemed to be more sincere in their desire to assist. The food is fine but it tastes like Mediterranean Chipotle. I like the concept and if someone had given me some best dishes prior to coming or while there I may have enjoyed it more. The honey chicken was tasty as was the hummus.
