My husband and I cannot get enough of Cava. We drive down from Willis occasionally to pick up a few BYO bowls for dinner. We always have a pleasant experience with the staff and the food is always fresh. We decided to drive down for dinner tonight and bring my husbands mom as she is from out of town and never tried or heard of Cava before. She loved it. Fingers crossed that they will pop up a location over by us in Conroe/ Willis soon.
Quite possibly the least tidy Cava I’ve visited. The staff were unorganized and low energy, but otherwise polite. Someone dropped their food at the entry prior to our arrival and it was still there when we left, the food prep area was in disarray with a lot of stray food droppings, and the restrooms were in need of cleaning and refreshing of paper items. (The fish was in worse shape than the second).
The building and location are very beautiful. Amazing welcoming atmosphere with very friendly staff. I come here every now and then when I want a good rice bowl or salad and Justin is always very eager to help. He leads me through the entire process without making me feel bad or stupid and makes sure my bowl is always built to the best quality possible.
