The food came in the day of the event and was prepped in a place where the guests could not see. It was fresh and so beautiful! They were so clean and efficient with everything they did. Every guest kept commenting how much they loved all of the food! From the appetizers to the main entrees, everything was spectacular!The clean up was seemless as they did a breakdown of the food set up. My husband and I didn’t have to worry about anything but focusing on our daughter and her new fiancé for their engagement party.Thank you so very much! From my initial contact with the delightful Tiffany, to the last goodbye as they drove off, my experience was truly exceptional.Having catered extensive corporate and private events during my career, I have high expectations. Chef's food was outstanding! The staff is professional, courteous and responsive. Chef B is organized - he and Tiffany did an advance site visit where he gauged the prep space (my kitchen) and the party area (outdoors/indoors/flow, etc). Upon arrival on party day, everyone worked in sync to stage and ready my space which allowed me to enjoy our guests. It was more than I expected, yet it was everything I'd hoped for! Fresh and delicious food. Perfect guidance on menu suggestions/bites per person. Complete and total clean up! Unequivocally (and my guests ALL agreed), we recommend Chef B!
