Certain staff members are very unprofessional and disrespectful. Stop hiring immature little kids to do this type of work. I ordered something the other day and this kid gave me and my family an attitude, for no reason. If you don't like taking orders ,quit the job, stop making customers feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I will not tolerate this type of behavior. This is the second time I have an issue with this location. I will never visit this location ever again. Customers beware.

The dirtiest Chick-fil-A life ever seen! The bathrooms were dirty. The condiment station is dirty. The tables weren’t being cleaned. Behind the counter looked untidy and needing cleaned. The employees were talking to each other and ignoring customers.
This is my favorite Chick-fil-A in the Woodlands/Spring area. The employees are awesome and the leadership there is great. The food is always great and comes out fast. I love theor efficiency.
Regardless of location or state, Chick-fil-a never disappoints. The entire service delivery system is a marvel of speed, efficiency and customer delight. That is other than them being closed on Sunday which I get and respect their right to follow their religious beliefs.

They put the yellow posts up to keep you from driving too close to the building and then instead of coming out their drive up door (no longer a window) they make you get out of your car to make you pay and get your food. Last time I came up in the afternoon they were more than happy to come out of the drive up door. Guess the manager running the drive thru was having a bad morning. Hope she has a better rest of her day.
